I wish I could a review lower then one star. They had two shirts I need tailored for 7 days and did it the day I told them I'd be back to pick them up, after being told they would only take a couple days. I had to wait until the end of the day I told them I would be there to pick them up. The worst costumer service I've ever had with a tailor/dry cleaner. read more

BEWARE!!! I was Wayyyyyyy overcharged for a basic hem on a maxi dress. Nothing complicated...no extra material or layers .. casual size small maxi dress that I needed hemmed about an inch. I was in shock when she told me $45!!!!! Lesson learned! First I should've asked for pricing when I dropped it off. This place is a rip off!!!! I'll never give them by business ever again!!!! Plus the woman who does the alterations acts like she's doing you a favor. Very unpleasant!!! read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. My sister was getting married and we needed our bridesmaids dresses altered. We dropped off 5 dresses April 16th and they said we would be able to pick them up May 11th (4 days before the wedding) We went in the 12th and she only had one dress out of the five done. ONE! The wedding was in 2 days, we were very worried but gave them the benefit of the doubt because they said the rest will be finished by the 13th. We called again the next morning and they still didn't have them finished and we had to get to the venue to prepare for the wedding day. We had our neighbors pick up our dresses Friday afternoon and we didn't try them on until late Friday night. Only ONE of our dresses were completely altered. The rest of them were completely UNTOUCHED or only had one of the alterations we requested. Did I mention we paid them in full!!!! They gave us unaltered dresses and still made us pay. We ended up safety pinning our dresses the day of the wedding so we could at least comfortably wear them. As I have read other reviews I realize we aren't the only ones. That is so unfortunate. read more

Avoid this tailor if you want your clothing back as promised. They missed 3 dates for my simple alterations claiming others needed theirs faster. I called and was told a date and they were not ready. I was told come back in 1 hour and they were not ready in 4 hours. I was told I would receive a discount for my inconvenience but when I picked them up at 10 am on a normal work day for the tailor he was not there and I did not receive the discount. Apologies were offered but I will never return to this establishment you should avoid it also. read more

I bought a dress and took it there for alterations. The woman said that one shoulder strap would be shorter than the other. I believed her. When I got the dress it never fit right. All the money I spent on the dress and the money I spent for the alteration was a waste of time. There is no way to fix My beautiful dress . There is no fabric to add one to the strap. I took a $500 evening gown in to be hemmed. They called me 2 weeks later and said it was ready. I picked it up on my way to work on a Saturday morning. That evening my daughter tried it on and it was uneven and one side was about 3" shorter. They did offer to fix it on Monday, but I live an hour away and I have 5 days before a state pageant. They still charged me $80 for the work and I had to have someone else fix it AND buy new shoes since the ones my daughter had were way too high. Their customer service sucked too! Needed two buttons repaired on some pants and he charged only $2. When I went to pay I realized I only had $1 and he told me to not even worry about it. That pants were even dry cleaned after! What a nice guy. Definitely go here if you're traveling and need a quick repair. read more

I had a problem with zipper on my new raincoat as it had gotten caught in storm door during wind gust. I took it in to,see if they could fix it or, worst case scenario, put in a whole new zipper. They changed out the one zipper pull of the double zipper and the charge was very reasonable. They didn't take the opportunity to put in a new zipper and charge the higher estimate. It took a few days longer than originally indicated but worth the wait. I'd use them again without question! read more

Wish I could give less than 1 star. They said it was going to be done on the 1st... I came in on the 3rd and my dress was rolled up in a ball in a box on the floor. They hadn't even started it yet and she said I could sit and wait. I shouldn't have to wait I have 2 days after you said it was gonna be done! Never again. read more
