I recently moved to Sherwood, AR. Needed to transfer my care quickly and gain needed referrals for specialist. I was able to get an appt at Primary Care 360 in less than a week! I was blessed enough to have been seen by Julia Chambers, CNP. She truly listened to me, addressed ALL of my needs, concerns and health issues both past and newly developed. She saw me as an individual, not a diagnosis and took time with me. She was caring, knowledgeable, proficient, insightful, encouraging and well, I truly can't say enough about her. She is now my chosen PCP and I wouldn't have it any other way. The staff at Primary Care 360 were kind, considerate and professional. The facility is always clean and clear from clutter. The aesthetic is nice and simple. I happen to like simple and think so many doctors offices these days spend too much time on their offices and less time with their patients. This is a private pay hospital, but their costs are…read more reasonable when you consider the cost versus benefit of having a full service hospital at your doorstep. Yes to walk in, it's $400, which is applied toward your bill, but even the emergency vet across town cost $750 to walk thru the door. And trust me, when you're desperate, cost doesn't matter as much. They took great care of my husband who was in Excruciating pain. He initially waited too long to go to the ER, then iwent to an ER in LR who accepted our insurance. Of course it was full and he waited three hours. He went to the desk to inquire about an approximate range of time before he could be seen. The man there looked right thru him and wouldn't respond. We left and came to Cabot ER where there was no waiting and not only was he seen quickly, but then they were able to do all the tests quickly too. He got some pain management and the doctor quickly got to the root of the problem and he was given pain meds and treatment meds to tide him over til he can see his primary care doc. This decision was sent by certified mail without any explanation. After contacting the office manager, she could not give me any explanation either after talking to the doctor as why this decision was made by her. I feel that this was due to declining Dr. Massey's suggestion that she see a psychiatrist, which neither my wife or I felt was necessary with the symptoms she was experiencing. It is the only explanation I can think of. So beware, do it her way or hit the highway. I also feel that it is very unprofessional of Dr. Massey not to provide a valid explanation or even speak to my wife prior to her making this decision. If you want to have some control over your own care, this is not the doctor you want to see.
