I recently moved to Sherwood, AR. Needed to transfer my care quickly and gain needed referrals for specialist. I was able to get an appt at Primary Care 360 in less than a week! I was blessed enough to have been seen by Julia Chambers, CNP. She truly listened to me, addressed ALL of my needs, concerns and health issues both past and newly developed. She saw me as an individual, not a diagnosis and took time with me. She was caring, knowledgeable, proficient, insightful, encouraging and well, I truly can't say enough about her. She is now my chosen PCP and I wouldn't have it any other way. The staff at Primary Care 360 were kind, considerate and professional. The facility is always clean and clear from clutter. The aesthetic is nice and simple. I happen to like simple and think so many doctors offices these days spend too much time on their offices and less time with their patients. This decision was sent by certified mail without any explanation. After contacting the office manager, she could not give me any explanation either after talking to the doctor as why this decision was made by her. I feel that this was due to declining Dr. Massey's suggestion that she see a psychiatrist, which neither my wife or I felt was necessary with the symptoms she was experiencing. It is the only explanation I can think of. So beware, do it her way or hit the highway. I also feel that it is very unprofessional of Dr. Massey not to provide a valid explanation or even speak to my wife prior to her making this decision. If you want to have some control over your own care, this is not the doctor you want to see.

He'll shove a sales pamphlet at you when you leave, still in pain. BAD ATTITUDE: This man is the rudest, cockiest clinician you'll ever meet. Surgeons such as he often think of themselves as miracle workers, but they are not: Anyone whose daddy has enough money can be trained to do his job. OUTDATED: His approach to patient care is 30 years out of date, as is the technology he describes as "cutting edge." He will interrupt as you are speaking; he is dismissive of your concerns; he shamed me for asking for medication (the simplest, most cost-effective solution); he has underdeveloped social skills and terrible bedside manner. His mullet did not impress me, either. NOT WORTH IT: I waited two weeks to get in; spent two hours in drive time and $20 in gas; waited over an hour to see him; then was given a hard salespitch for an expensive gadget that requires electrodes be inserted in my body and only works in 70 percent of patients, according to the sales pamphlet. ALL ABOUT THE BENJAMINS: The appointment with him was an absolute waste of time, money and patience. I have no confidence in OrthoArkansas -- except that they will milk your insurance for unnecessary and unproductive visits. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I have always taken my both of my kids to the Pediatric Clinic since they were born (exactly 4…read moreyears now) and I have always experience a very caring staff and family atmosphere. The Doctors and APRNs that have seen and treated my children have always known how to help them, especially when they have been sick. And the office manager is a fantastic person that has always been really quick to help me with any of my requests in a better than timely fashion. I will continue to take my kids to this clinic until they are no longer of age to see a pediatrician. =)
