Needed to send a friend some flowers for an important anniversary on late notice. After doing a search for Hazleton PA area florists (who had a website), I came across Conyngham Floral. Website was easy to navigate, but as the person who would be receiving the flowers do not a certain type, finding something for them could have been a minor challenge. Teleflora's Summer Daydream Bouquet ended up being perfect and I went with the deluxe option. Prices were fair for the flowers and the delivery charge was reasonable. The most important thing was the person who received them loved the colors and selection. The only improvement Conyngham Floral could have made, was an email or text message informing that the flowers were delivered. Overall, it was an easy experience ordering from them. read more

Awful!!!! Sent flowers to my 80 yr old mom. They died in less than 4 days. She called. I called and emailed. Nothing. They don't care after they receive your money! 95 dollars for less than 4 days. Beware! I'm using Greens and Things from now on. read more

I agree with the review that was placed previously regarding customer service. I feel they do not take responsibility. I ordered my mother flowers for Mother's Day, and what she received was in my opinion less than stellar (with regards to likeness). This was followed by a poor interaction with this business. I've included the photos of what I ordered vs the arrangement that was delivered. In my opinion, the arrangements are not similar. Although, I did not check the box: Do not make product substitutions. This may result in delayed or cancelled orders if product is unavailable. I find the likeness to be lacking (which to me is not acceptable). When I contacted the business regarding my concerns, the first person I spoke to was courteous, but I found my interaction with the second person to be displeasing (this interaction alone is enough for me to not use this business again). Worst Customer service ever! I received a call last week that there was a 12 delivery fee for the order I just placed. I said I have no idea what you are talking about since I did not place any order. I thought it was a scam. The man said he was Canceling the order so I hung up. My daughter had placed an online order to sunrise me for Valentine's Day. Both my children asked me to stay home yesterday for a surprise. They kept calling and eventually told me I was waiting for a floral delivery. I stayed home all day and no flowers. In the evening I remembered the call and told my daughter about it. She called today since she never received an email saying the order was cancelled. She asked about the order. She was told it was cancelled. HE CALLED THE WRONG PERSON (my daughter was never called). When asked what did she want done about it, she said fill the order. She was told she would have to place on order online today at TODAY'S PRICES (double cost) and it would t get there until tomorrow When you make a mistake own up to it and fix it. I have two very disappointed children who tried to surprise their mom for Valentine's Day Avoid this shop at all costs! read more

They "tweaked" an arrangement I saw online and transformed it from already beautiful to absolutely perfect!

Conyngham floral provided the flower arrangements for our July wedding celebration. They were absolutely gorgeous- exactly what we ordered. The arrangements were elegant and colorful. The flowers were grown in Pennsylvania so they were so fresh that they lasted for at least two weeks after the wedding.
