I grew up around the corner from Decker's and we always bought flowers there. The shop is small, but they always had a nice selection of quality flowers, and great customer service. I no longer live in the area, and had been using a friend's flower shop when we needed flowers delivered to family members still in the valley. When that shop closed, I asked for recommendations from local friends and their answers were overwhelmingly recommendations for Deckers. Knowing they had always done nice flowers in the shop, I called them directly and had flowers sent to my MIL. I told them how much I wanted to spend, and that I wanted bright, cheerful flowers. Their delivery fee is $5, half to one third of what other shops charge, and my MIL was THRILLED with the flowers. She said they were so pretty, a nice assortment and arrangement of colorful flowers, and they just made her day. Whenever possible, I like to skip the online ordering services and call a local flower shop. The shops are all locally owned small businesses, and I like to support them. Looks like we have our new go-to flower shop in our hometown. read more

I recently order flowers for my daughters graduation. We were coming in from out of town and I wanted them to be in my daughters hotel room waiting for her when we checked in. He spent time on the phone with me making sure I got just what I wanted. Even made them the College colors. They were beautiful. My daughter was so surprised. Absolutely first class customer service! I called from out of state to order flowers for my aunt. I was very specific about what I wanted and Charlie was a dream to deal with. I explained that I wasn't in a rush for the delivery because I knew he didn't have what I needed in his shop that day. He kept in close contact with me every step of the way. It took about a week for the actual delivery, which I expected & was fine with, but Decker's went above and beyond with the arrangement. Absolutely beautiful! Very unsatisfied with the quality of their flowers. Called to reserve a few bouquet of flowers for a graduation. Employer asked how much were we willing to spend and we said $100. When we got there to pick up he handed us 2 bouquets for $100 each that you can find in the corner of the street for $20. Highly disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone read more

We do not live in the area but will definitely use this florist when we want to surprise friends and family in the area, Decker's has customer service down to perfection. After delivery attempts not made due to our misdirection, the shop freshened the flowers at no costs do delivered the next day. Don't judge a book by its cover! When my family and I entered Decker's shop to order flowers we weren't sure we were in the right place since it didn't look like a florist's shop. But as soon as we began to give our ideas for the types of floral arrangements we had in mind, we were given suggestions for the kind of flowers that were in season that could be used for the colors and designs we wanted and we knew this was the voice of experience talking to us. Each of the 4 arrangements we ordered that day were absolutely beautiful and we couldn't have been more pleased. I'm from out of town and called them on a Saturday afternoon for an arrangement for the following Monday morning. .Even though they didn't have a website where I could see pics, I chose them based on the reviews. Boy am I glad I did! .When I called and described what I wanted and was concerned because I couldn't see any pictures, they promised to take care of me and they delivered on that promise. Even though my order was last minute and the availability was sparce, you could not tell from looking at the arrangement. It was BEAUTIFUL, delivered on time, and very large for the price point compared to the pictures on other websites. I also got LOTS of compliments on it.. They added their own little flair based on what was available at the last minute and it looked so great,.. I'm telling you they can be trusted to do a magnificent job.
