About one week after we bought it my wife wanted to try it out so I fully charged the battery and she took it for a spin around the block in our neighborhood. Everything was great and she loved it. The net week the rains came. After that my wife's cancer took a turn and Hospice was called in. So her new scooter ridden one time was no of no use. I called the store and spoke with the women we bought it from to see if they would take it back she said no. I said I don't expect a full refund just some of it back she said they couldn't take it back. I don't remember a sign that said all sales final. I said ok and hung up. I thought it was a very sorry way to do business. I wouldn't buy from them again. That's why the 3 star rating other wise I would have given a 5 star.

So I took them back and exchanged them for another mask and a hose that didn't leak. Now I have a bill from them for $99.00 and change. When I called them to tell them this is wrong, they told me that each piece is billed individually. I said that the machine is useless without the mask and hose and was told they know that and that I would just have to pay for each piece...... They are a first class rip off. What good is a machine without the mask and hose. I give them a zero rating. Avoid them like they are going to rip off your money because they are.

Later in calling to set up a time it was 4:58pm and I thought they probably won't answer. They did and I even held for the lady after work hours to speak to me and set up an appointment to pick the machine up. These people have been so helpful, I don't know how anyone can complain.

When I I inquired about the price the clerk stated " yeah we had a problem with the prices on the last shipment so the prices aren't listed. I can just scan what every you want.". Well that is really convenient!! They only have 3 dresses rooms and each time I have gone there is always a line 2-3 people deep waiting for a room. The clerk's are pretty good about running to get you different sizes which is nice. Today there wasn't a clerk running for sizes so women that were alone had to go retrieve another size while the rest of us are standing there waiting. There were plenty of clerk's out working on the floor they just weren't paying attention. I hate this store!!!
