They forgot our kayak paddles when we got down to the river so we had to use canoe paddles because we were already so much later than we thought. Had to write a review from someone who has been at this course 100's of times over the years. This is a great course kept in good shape. The staff could not be friendlier. The new restaurant "Taverna on the Green" is fantastic. The food is really good. Best Gyro you will find. By the way, I and the person I golf with have eaten at this restaurant dozens of times since they have opened this summer, 2025, happy with every meal. Also, lead a motorcycle club (about 20 people) to the restaurant and we had a great time and everybody was very happy with their meals. 11/25

I was nervous at first, but my cabin mates welcomed me with giggles and late-night chats, instantly becoming my best friends. I discovered dance in a sunny studio, twirling to upbeat music with a patient counselor who taught me every step. I even won a medal! Fencing was a surprise--I was shy, but holding the foil, learning to lunge, felt like being in a movie. Sailing was the biggest adventure. I was scared of the healing at first, but gliding across the lake, wind in my hair, was thrilling. I stayed far from the stables--horses spook me--but there was so much else to love. The best part? My school friends can join next year thanks to the camp's tuition assistance, to promote camp for girls that would normally not have the opportunity. I'm already dreaming of next summer's laughter and new skills. This camp changed everything!
