This place is just ok. I want to like it...but more than half the time, the trampoline equipment is broken, or the air conditioning not working, or there is a water leak. This place has potential, but it's not reliable for the price you pay. Like most places with arcades, the costs are highway robbery to play the games. Overall, not consistently worth the price. No air conditioning, service is awful and very slow, my family was greeted by a guy wearing makeup and bright red lipstick - who was also slow, food sub-par, our 16" pizza had 3" of exposed crust all the way around, and everything that required payment prompted you for tips!!! I took my two grandsons, ages 3&6; they both enjoyed themselves with the large trampoline area. There is also an area for small children to climb and play. Plenty of space for parents and family to sit and watch the children play. They have a lot of arcade games and a snack bar. read more

Extremely dissatisfied and will never go back! What I thought would be a fun day out with my young children, turned into a complete headache the second I walked through the doors of Thrive Family Fun Center. I approached a young man working the front desk and told him it was our first time here. Without even greeting or welcoming me to the center, he points behind me and tells me "go fill out that waiver form on the computer over there and come back". We fill out the waiver and come back to the desk. He then sells me two wristbands for my toddlers and says "do you want the non-slip socks?" I said, "I believe my children's socks are fine, no thank you." He then replies, "well, I think our socks are required". So I paid the up-charge for the non-slip socks. He wasn't even sure if they were required or not. Great training on the company's side, right? My kids start playing on the 4 and under trampoline but we went to sit down on this little couch and it was soaked in water from the leaking roof above. We moved seats. The entire Arcade floor was covered in water!! They had a few buckets laying around to try and catch the water, but there were literal puddles everywhere. What a mess, and very hazardous for young children running around. The roof was leaking in multiple spots (as pictured) Their food was AWFUL. I did not see anyone wearing food-safe gloves or head coverings/hair nets. Way overpriced for what is actually being offered and the young man who took my order had over-the-ear headphones on the whole time! Like seriously? How is that a professional appearance to have headphones on when you're talking to a customer. I didn't even see a single manager or leader present the entire time we were there. The place was ran by what appeared to be a bunch of younger individuals who could not care less about customer service and guest experience. I asked the guy for some paper plates or something to help feed my kids the pizza and his response was "oh we don't have any paper plates or anything like that". He brings me a handful of napkins instead. So my toddlers struggled and made a mess with their meal because there was not even a plate to set the food on. They should be shut down for all the food safety and health code violations they broke in a single afternoon. Completely horrid experience. Will never go back again. read more

A fun, clean place for families or small groups to have fun. We brought our church youth group here, and we all had a blast. Staff was friendly, and there was a large selection of fun activities to choose from. We plan on coming back. read more
