All the employees there are very nice and it's a nice store, but the last 4-5 times I have gone, I have gotten the worst pre rolls in the entire world. I'll go for a nice $23 pre roll, just for it to hit horribly for 2 min, then completely stop hitting, and nothing can fix it. This really annoys me, because I have wasted well over $100 at this place on faulty pre rolls that don't smoke. I've not once had this probably anywhere except this place. It's my fault for coming back, but I thought it was just a specific pre roll brand, but it happens with every brand at this place. It's a shame because this didn't used to happen and the employees are always very nice, but these pre rolls are %110 a waste of money. read more

From Maryland, the dispo experience here is on par if not better than at home. I like how all the products are all on display and not behind a locked door. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cart I was recommended exceeded all my expectations and the two pre rolls I got were very nice. The only thing that could be worked on is available information on the products in store. Having a spreadsheet on hand with every items terps as well as percentages would be nice but maybe I'm only saying that because most dispos in Maryland do that. In all I recommend this location and wish the staff and owners good luck for the future. Thank you for making my vacation to LA a little bit more luxurious. One last thing, the prices on bulk were so nice. Too bad I couldn't bring any home. read more

Kuron. I have frequented quite a lot of dispensaries in California, Michigan, Colorado, Arizona and I must say that Kuron is the single best bud tender I have come across. From the moment he greeted me at the front desk it felt like my homie was there waiting for me to hook me up with the best deal for what I'm looking for. First thing he asked was, what I was looking for and he found something that aligned perfectly. No doucheyness, no entitled bud tender bull shit, just the fucking playa at the front trying to help out all he can. His energy greeted me before his words. Kind piece of advice for whoever is running this establishment. DO NOT LET HIM LEAVE. People like him are almost impossible to find, let alone have represent your company in such an astounding way. I enjoyed my experience at Cookies Brentwood, everyone was really nice and knowledgeable. I liked that they would check up on me, but also allowed me to shop and look around without feeling pressured! Parking was easy but finding them was a bit hard because it's at the end of a driveway. Again, I loved that they were very well versed on their merchandise. I was asking lots of questions about what's good for sleeping, what's not so strong, which was more chill.. The budtenders made great recommendations! They also have lots of specials and discount days so check their website to see what they have going on! read more

So I work next door and was leaving work. I came in to buy actual cookies little did I know this was a dispensary (the gentleman who I spoke with originally was kind in letting me know that) and I left. Realizing I forgot my water at work I ran back up, still parked in their parking space, to get my water bottle. After I returned to my car I was yelled at by a black man with a beard that doesn't connect (I'm only listing the color of his skin because he of all people should know what it feels like to be called a derogatory slur) and called me a Faggot. Do not support a business where the employees have such low standards for treating potential customers and humans in general. This is also California he should know better. I hope he is reprimanded accordingly I will be telling everyone I know about this incident and making sure non of my friends or followers ever spend a dime here read more

This place is fantastic. I feel like most of the negative reviews on here focus on the parking which is a little unfair and irrelevant. Parking in all of West LA sucks. GET OVER IT. Anyways, the selection here is great. Its bright and everything is out and available for you to look at like a supermarket which I loved. I never felt harassed or followed like I do at most dispensaries. 10/10 would recommend. SO glad we finally have a decent weed shop on the West Side! read more

Had a great customer experience here; the store is very clean, quite pretty (for a weed place) and well managed. Also PARKING is super easy, either in the huge lot or the surrounding neighborhoods. I had often seen the "Cookies" sign but thought it was a clothing store; was very excited to learn there was a dispensary so close to home. The guys who work here went the extra mile to patiently explain all the gummy options and what all the labeling meant. They also told me about numerous deals, like 25% off during certain times of the day (IIRC it was early morning.) Will definitely be returning read more

Staff will treat you like garbage for nefarious reasons, maybe it's the way you look, what you believe, but they will make far from the truth accusations to excuse terrible customer service. Chad the manager is cool with his staff making up lies on customers to make them feel very uncomfortable in the store. The single worst dispensary on the planet. Told me my id was fake after I literally just got it at the dmv, black lighted it and everything. I literally live down the block too. So I called the cops who never showed up cause this was a small issue but man I will never be back to that shithole. Again DO NOT GO BACK THERE the security guard has no idea wtf he's doing. From the moment we walked in eyes were locked in staring at us, when asking if they had any extra sodas in the back the tender with a beard was condescending and was obviously uninterested in helping a customer. Afterwards when shopping so we can meet the criteria for the deal we came to try and get the security guard kept shadowing over me and my friend as if we were trying to steal from a cookies shop in the middle of Brentwood.I pressed my issue but overall a bad experience from a shop I've been to multiple times, those two are bogus. read more

Buy one get one 50% off was a total scam because with the taxes its basically the same price of buying two carts. They charge you for random Brentwood taxes that added $20 to my bill. Also if you use a card they round up to the nearest $10 so they can give you cash back you didn't ask for and then charge you an ATM fee. Felt like I got robbed lol. read more
