GREAT SMOKE-SHOP WITH VARIETY OF CHOICES I came to this shop when I was in excruciating pain from a migraine that wouldn't quit. I was praying this place sold Kratom. I was pleasantly surprised when the man working there quickly directed me to their LARGE selection of Kratom and he was able to answer all my questions. He also helped me grab some papers and tobacco wraps. This spot is easily accessible off Venice with street parking on the side. The shop is clean and organized and the customer service is top notch. Everything had gone wrong for me earlier that day prior to coming here. Being able to walk into a shop and have friendly and knowledgeable customer service helped me keep my sanity and be on my way quickly to get pain relief. Always bought elf bar vapes for the past 6 months every two weeks. And until the beginning of october 2022 bought 4 fruity and mint vapes and they ended up being duds. They had no flavor probly broke while they got shipped to the shop. When i bought them, my partner and i stepped outside to smoke realized they had no flavor, walked back inside and asked if i can exchange them because they didnt work and the worker said no. We were told we can message the owner thru instagram and maybe he can replace them or do something about it and whether his answer wouldve been a yes or a no. I never got a response. We no longer support that business. We found some place cheaper on lincoln blvd called lous smoke shop. Its bigger and much more cheaper prices. I came to this smoke shop for the first time recently on Oct 31st and bought tobacco leafs spending a total of around 20$. Why two hours later I get a notification that they charged me 91.52$ I called them and the girl acting like she had no idea and acted like she was looking at my transaction and read off a different amount I spent. I corrected her and she was like yeah yeah oh you're right yeah I was looking at this other one so basically acted stupid and pretend like they didn't just take 91.52$ from me. more back and forth went on and ultimately they "had absolutely no clue" how that happened. Why is it every smoke shop sells duds? I bought one on the 9th and todays the 13th. Started to taste burnt on the second day of having it. They sell cheap products and will not allow returns or exchanges. I bought a "Cookies" brand vape that is clearly a knockoff it's so cheap. This happened to me twice. The first time she said I didn't buy it at the store and that was why I couldn't exchange it. So I bought a new one from them that also broke a week later, came in to exchange it and now they have a no exchange policy. So if you want a vape that will break after a week and non-existent customer service, check it out! read more
