This taxi cab was called to a bar to pick up a patron to bring him home, which they always do. The cab driver that came here insisted that he could not accommodate the passenger because he did not have any legs. The policy of your company is to be able to help everybody in anybody, regardless of their personal needs. This driver did not uphold your policy. The bartender at the bar needed to bring this passenger home cause your driver refused to do it. Today's April 29 approximately 649. We called your cab company at 6pm to drive him less than a mile and a half from the bar to his home. I find this highly unacceptable and very unprofessional. read more

I recently had cataract surgery which required 5 trips that I needed a driver for as my wife doesn't drive. I selected Cool Breeze taxi as my starting ride since they were in my area already, and I wanted to try out their service. I selected 2 Myrtle Beach taxi companies to possibly use for my return ride since I would be further north. Cool Breeze arrived early and provided excellent service with a very friendly driver (Ritchie), a very clean mini-van and a perfect experience. For the ride back we called both of the other cabs from Myrtle Beach who professed to have the best service, and one said their cab was broken down, and the other put us on hold and never came back. So, we desperately called Ritchie with Cool Breeze and asked if he could come and pick us up. He was happy to come and get us, and provided another enjoyable ride back home. We scratched the other cab companies for good, and have used Cool Breeze for our next 4 round trips to complete my cataract doctor's visits. Ritchie was early for each scheduled visit, and got back quickly when we called him for the return. The cab was always clean and comfortable, Ritchie was a delight, and this was the best possible taxi experiences we have ever had. These are new owners of this company and are striving to provide the best service available. They achieved that result with us! I would use them again without reservation, and highly recommend them for the best service in the area. read more

Not a pleasant experience. I'll start with the good. Immediate response from "Cool", able to dispatch driver immediately for Dr appointment when Uber didn't have car available. Gave dispatch my address and where I was going. Cool called back to make sure I was waiting and not going to take Uber which I confirmed. Driver called shortly thereafter. This is where the wheels came off. He now asked for my address. Ok. I had given it to dispatch. Gave it to him now. He asks where that is. Ok. My bad, I assumed he would have navigation of some sort in a taxi in 2021. So I gave him merely a landmark, a famous named golf school across from my condo neighborhood. Now things are getting tense as he says he's at the golf school but doesn't see me. Well, that was just to let him know when he was in the ballpark. I wasn't aware he actually needed step by step direction to my house. Didn't even consider he wouldn't have navigation. And he didn't mention it until I got in. I wish it ended there but he was yelling at me when I got in regarding how I sucked at giving directions! WTF?!?!?! I finally had to let him know enough! End discussion. I was on my way to retinal surgeon for eye procedure and didn't need his added stress or shit. Never again. Never recommend or use Cool Breeze again. Sorry. Lastly. Not a particularly pleasant smell in taxi. Got an Uber home, with Dwight. Great vehicle, nice music, pleasant driver, plexiglass and mask for protection. And Navigation! Night and day experience. If you value your life I would highly advise you not to use this taxi service. Well I personally have not used this service, I have almost been hit by one of their cars numerous times due to the driver not paying attention! Each time the driver as pulled out in front of me, while I was already on the highway causing me to swerve. You can also tell by the front of their vans that they've been in quite a few accidents. read more

This cab service drivers has no sense of direction. They pick me up a And had to make one turn and go on the street where I liveless than 6 miles .$40 he dropped me off at home. I called back and the owner she pick the phone up. Her words were you want me to bring your $15 back. So 6 miles was $25. Do not use these people there a rip-off enter fraud. read more

I only have a one because there's nothing lower to rate the horruble experience I had in this dirty cab! I gave the address and the driver googled it holding his phone the whole time while driving like a maniac, when he stated he was from NY I tried to help him with directions instead of him holding the phone he became rude! so I laughed it off since I was in his car and then I told him where my car was and he started yelling at me that he knew how to drive. then to top it off I still paid for the rude service and the nasty man kept my change. I wasn't tipping for bad behavior! to top it off I shared with him I would never set foot in his cab ever again! he became belligerent in front of my job! screaming and said I tested him as if he didn't know how to drive,...no sir! you're rude and don't know how to treat a paying customer! We had a terrible experience with our cab driver. His driving was terrible, but his attitude was even worse. We will never be using this cab company ever again or recommending it to anyone. I would have rated this cab company a negative 5 if I could. This company needs drivers who actually know how to drive and ones that dont treat their customers terrible. My father had used them years ago and didn't like one particular person, but I thought I'd give them a try again. Unfortunately, the driver I had was wholly unprofessional. After unloading MY groceries into the cab, he shoved the cart away to sit in front of the store. I didn't think it was right to leave the cart there, so I pushed the cart back into the store. There was a woman in front of the store who asked me to donate for charity, so I went back in the store and bought what I could, thinking if I had to wait 30 minutes for him, he could wait 5 minutes for me. I return to the vehicle to find him gone and the doors locked. I walked back into the store looking for him wondering if he needed to use the facilities only to find and then hear him loudly chastise me like a child while we were still in the store. Since I know he was using coded words to talk trash to his dispatcher about me, it makes me incredibly reluctant to ever use this company ever again. And the driver still had to ask me where to go in terms of where to drop me off. It's a shame since I've met Cool years before and liked him very much. read more
