Got to their website and scheduled a pickup. Within 10 minutes of filling out the web form I a received a call from their scheduler confirming the details. Nice! The day of the airport ride I waited a few minutes ahead of the scheduled pickup, and here comes City Cab, right on time, if not even a few minutes ahead of time. Nice! Corbin was the driver; a super nice guy, got me to airport by the shortest route along with some friendly conversation. Nice! This was a great experience overall. If you need a reliable cab service in the Myrtle Beach area this is the go-to place. I'll use them again when the need arises.

We booked flamingo rides to pick us up at the airport and drop us back off at the airport over the 4th of July weekend. Now on the way in we were delayed and they did come back and get us. It going home because of the tropical storm our flight was bumped up. They wanted to take us to the airport at 8:00 in the morning for a flight that wasn't leaving till around 11:00 and we were just eating breakfast. They agreed to give us half our money back which is $40. Originally they said they don't give refunds but after some haggling they agreed to give us 40 bucks back. They don't have the ability to put the money back on your card. They're only a one car operation. I'm still waiting on the check it's supposed to be in the mail and of course I'm sure it's probably not. I do not recommend this service. I highly recommend Uber there are so many Ubers there you don't need anything else. They credited $40 to my account but I'll probably never be in Myrtle Beach again so it's worthless.

The driver showed up @ 7:33 and because of this I missed the window to check my luggage and had to pay an extra $100 to take the next flight 12 hours later. I also had to eat the money I spent on the hotel I had booked when I landed because I would have arrived too late to check in. Then when I called the company to let them know, the woman who answered the phone had the nerve to say I wasn't there at the hotel when their driver showed. But wait.........5 minutes after their driver was supposed to be there, the front desk called them and stated that I was waiting for my 7am cab, when was someone arriving? ASAP was the response. Do not use this cab company if you need to be somewhere within a specific window of time. That someone is unable to show up with 10 hours notice is nonsense and you would essentially guarantee yourself a missed flight or have to throw your bag in the trash if you want to have the trip you planned and paid for.
