Kept driving by this little food truck and wanted to stop, but when we drove by I just wasn't in…read morethe mood for fish. It happened to be a beautiful day when we stopped in "80 degrees." They had a couple picnic tables sat out front if you want to set and eat, but not really meant for a "dine here" set up. More like a couple of you stop in and eat if the tables aren't taken. The lady "with lots of bracelets" was extremely helpful, and fast! We actually split the two meat combo and got my kid the half pound of popcorn chicken. We went with the catfish and shrimp. It came with fries and hush puppies as well as slaw. I'm not kidding when I say it was the freshest and best tasting catfish I've had in a long time, and the hush puppies were amazing!!! Both had a nice flavorful crust with a soft center. You can tell they change their oil frequently because it didn't have the after taste of other foods that were fried in the oil. They also opened another location across from the Hughes center. Apparently the person who owns this business use to also have their food at a golf country club, and so they have had a long time to master their food. I'll try to get a better picture of the menu I was standing on the side. You can order platters or by the pound.
