Both had a nice flavorful crust with a soft center. You can tell they change their oil frequently because it didn't have the after taste of other foods that were fried in the oil. They also opened another location across from the Hughes center. Apparently the person who owns this business use to also have their food at a golf country club, and so they have had a long time to master their food.
