We got to the shop the first time and Bridget received us with so much welcome without even knowing who were and walked us through different flavors and levels of VG/PG. We ended up buying additional Mods and flavors for over $250, her customer service was onpoint with the right knowledge on the different brands, flavors and kits. I have been a loyal customer to this establishment since they opened. Always telling other people to visit them when in need of anything they supply. Well as of this evening I will never shop there again and neither will anyone I know. I went in to make a large purchase and when I say large I only mean around a hundred bucks. I started off by asking for 2 pieces of glass, 3 different types of insence, 2 books of rolling papers, 2 cans of lighter fluid, etc. It's when I came to the torches that I asked if I could see them as in hold them. I was looking for one thats easy to light because I have medical issues and my hands give me a problem. Well the gentalman behind the counter, who was nice enough to stop in the middle of my purchase and help someone else while I waited, told me that I couldn't hold them, he wasn't going to let me hold every lighter in the place and if I wanted one to pick one. That's when I asked him why he was being such a jerk and he said he wasn't that I was the problem. I then said "you know what I'll go somewhere else", he said "good" now upon realizing that I was running out of time to go pick up some items that I had pawned I told him to just give me the last 2 torches I had looked at and he said "no, I'm not helping you.". So I went to liquor castle and bought the same things with a gentalman who was more then willing and happy to help me. I also lost my items at the pawn shop because I didn't make it in time they had just closed. Now I really did like this establishment so it kind of makes me sad that I won't go in there anymore but that guy, who wouldn't tell me his name, I know he only has a few months under his belt at that place has not only made me feel uncomfortable with the thought of going in but that is absolutely the worst of the worst in customer service I have ever experienced. I don't care if I want to hold every lighter in the place or not. He should be willing to do his job. Which btw should not involve making me wait in the middle of my purchase to help someone who just walked in. Everyone gets their time at the window. So my recommendation is to not frequent this establishment as for the simple reason that apparently they think it's ok to treat long standing good customers like crap. Piece out. read more

This place is a 10! Loved Reid's energy and he was very patient while answering all of our questions and sharing his extensive knowledge! Shelby was simply amazing, friendly, very patient while allowing us to sample several juices and she even got our old pens up and running. She was also very knowledgeable, even giving us a crash course in Vape 101 (we're amateurs lol). She made cleaning and loading our pens sooo easy. Paradise Punch is amazing, but that SUNDAY MORNING IS A MUST TRY if you enjoy exotic fruit flavors that aren't too sweet or overpowering. We're lifers! SIDENOTE: After reading about some other yelpers' negative experiences with the owner and Reid, I would have been reluctant to go in had I read them before my visit. I hope these are one-off's where someone may have had a bad day and that it doesn't occur often, as customer service is more important than a good product that can be found/made elsewhere. It pains me because I have stopped shopping at businesses in the past due to this, but I'm new to the shop and live in the neighborhood so as long as I don't witness this become standard for their customer service, you've gained a long-time customer. read more

All the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a nice selection of vape products. The store is always clean and they have followed all the covid guidance with masks and hand sanitizer. On more then 1 occasional I've witnessed them doing complete wipe downs of high touch areas prior to them opening. read more

This is a very cool little vape shop, the gentleman that helped was extremely helpful considering I did not know a lot about the different variety of equipment used to vape. Husband went to Cool Clouds to have the tank replaced on his Vape Mod, and get some E-juice. He was very impressed with the place and people. They had the tank in stock and she also put the whole top in a cleaning machine to make sure no glass was in there. They had the 0% nicotine with menthol in stock too, which most shops do not carry especially in a larger bottle. They give discounts and prices are not bad. read more

Reid is always great and helpful when I go in there. The other two girls are great too ( dnt know their names but younger). I'm a frequent customer spending probably about $80/mo there. Con: Often out of popular juice flavors. Yesterday, I brought my friend here who had never been to the shop before. When we went in, there was a woman (35-40yr) behind the counter I had never seen before. I later found out that she was an owner. I have to say, unfortunately, this woman was extremely rude. I am a frequent patron of this facility and spend money here often. I did not appreciate her sighing and eye rolling at my requests which I've gotten there several times in the past by Reid and other staff. I told her about a bottle of juice lid that was broken when I got it and leaked everywhere. I want looking for a freebie but I wanted her to know that a lid I got from them was broken and caused my to lose a whole bottle. She made me feel like I was lying and being a nuisance, and she got defensive that she couldn't give me a free bottle. My friend that I brought in with me was planning on purchasing juice but after the service we got from this woman decided that he would never set foot or give that place business. This is unfortunate, because this is my favorite Vape place. I was embarrased for the shop because of her unprofessionalism. Went here today for the first time to try out some juice. Love, love, LOVE that this shop has a "juice bar" where you can try out flavors!! I have bought a couple juices that are just sitting in my room because I didn't like them. You won't have that problem if you try them out. Live in the area and checked out this shop a few days ago. I'm new to vaping and the owner gave me great advice and set me up with a unit that really works well for me. Prices were reasonable and the knowledge of the owner was great. Had an issue with the tank I purchased leaking and he exchanged it for me no questions asked. Quarantine is in full effect, my wife and I have FINALLY given up smoking cigarettes and we are weaning ourselves off of nicotine with the aid of vape-ing. I slowly watch my pen roll off my desk and shatter the glass cylinder tank the moment it hits the floor. I call 15 places, either no answer or no help, UNTIL I call "Cool Clouds" a half hour before they close. I rush over, watching GPS like a hawk... 6:45, gps says 6 minutes away, I'm stuck by a train, and they close at 7... I'm not going to make it. I call and plead with the angel over the phone to wait for me (which i am positive after meeting the man, I didn't need to do) the man agrees. The train finally ends, I pull up to the store at 7 jump in, meet the owner, "tour" the clean facility, speak with the super helpful staff. I'm aware I would have survived without the vape, its ultimately a means to an end anyways. BUT this shop was so awesome I figured I owe them at least a good review. Thank you so much! read more
