That's crazy, because they have given me great service, but they were released because apparently their service wasn't good enough for the owner/management. They apparently seem to take staffing seriously. The staff is just as good, if not better now. Like I said, they were already awesome. Maddie helped me (again) with a leaky tank, and knows a lot about juices - seems to be her forte. Like - she knows a lot about juices. I kinda only wanna go juice shopping when she is there. The owner sent me an email a few days ago because I had left a bunch of points on their old rewards system that I didn't use (even though Maddie left me a voicemail telling me to hurry up and use them, I didn't). He extended a pretty fat discount - seemed good enough of a reason to go pick up another tank. I did. I forgot the name of the guy who helped me (afternoon 02/17/16 - sold me a uwell), but he knew so much about hardware. He seemed to be into vaping long before "vape shops" were a thing. This guy is to hardware what Maddie is to juices. He told me about computer chips, coils, mods, manufacturer similarities, nuianses, fucking everything. Unlike other shops I'd been to, everyone here was amazingly helpful, patient, and didn't make me feel like an idiot because I didn't have a graduate degree in electrical engineering. They walked me through all the options, from the basic kits on up to the advanced stuff. They explained the differences and didn't try to "up-sell" me to the expensive equipment -- instead, they helped me find the device that fit me best. Next, there's the equipment: They have most everything you'd want -- from super basic stuff, to the the advanced, and everything in between. I ended up falling somewhere in the middle and picked up an iTaste SVD ... It's easy to use, lets you customize power settings to adjust the vapor levels and taste, and is really durable. It also holds a couple different types of rechargeable batteries -- I use a large one for when I'm at work which lasts a day or two between charges, and a smaller one when I'm heading out for the night and want something a bit more discreet. It's called... get this: ILLUSION. So, on to the con: They have a sign, but it's on the inside and only visible if you're looking through their front window. On my first attempt to find them, I gave up. On my second attempt, I passed them twice despite my GPS telling me when I'd arrived. Guys! Get a sign on the OUTSIDE of the building. *** Update *** - No more cons! They have a sign! Bottom line: Great people, amazing selection of flavors, good selection of eCigs and equipment. They're my official go-to and the best shop in the city.
