I Wrote a review on Google and the response was very rude and arrogant. The owner/manager replied with "coincidence that the smell left when you did" Several other people I know who play. Pokemon,magic and video games have even said the same thing it smells. my boyfriend is a gamer and his friends won't even go anymore because of the smell. This place has everything you want and an awesome owner and staff. Stop by for TCG or comics.

Its a nice shop. Not a huge selection of comics but they do have some. They did not have any Slabs to offer or displayed. They had a decent selection of common funko pops and a few exclusives in the glass cabinet. Prices were fair. They seem to cater more towards trading cards such as yugioh, Pokemon and magic. They had a few dueling tables available. read more

Decent selection of comics though I've seen shops with more. It's neat and it's tidy and it's organized. The store was quite busy with the tables off to one side with a Friday Night gamer tournament. Lots of accessories including comic bags and boards and storage. Prices looks reasonable on the stuff I saw and I did manage to pick up a gift for my daughter here. read more

Pretty great selection of everything across tabletop, comics, TCG, and board games!! They definitely need better AC in their store room (their play room next door is nice and cool) and their TCG binders are pretty sparse, but they're very friendly and will most likely have exactly what you need! I'm an aging collector and sometimes one has a need for more magazine-sized storage boxes. Not only is Cool Comics and Games the only store in the Naples/Ft. Myers area that I could find that stocks them, they had a decent supply and were both helpful and friendly. Sure, it is always nice to know where you can go for comics and games, but when you find a place that has comics, games, AND supplies? You know you have a winner. read more

I stop by here every time we come to town. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They have some nice playing areas for miniature wargames like Warhammer 40K and AoS (both of which are well supported in the store). Also tables for card games like Magic, and they run regular tournaments, which is nice if you like that sort of thing. Good selection of paints and tools: Citadel, Army Painter, and Vallejo, among other. Fair selection of miniatures, from more than just Citadel. Not a lot of RPG material but they do hit the highlights and would probably be happy to order for you. Good selection of boardgames as well. On the comics end I am not as familiar since I am not really I to collecting comics anymore. They do offer a subscription service I noticed. Anyway, since Bobe's closed in Pensacola earlier this year, this is my favorite game store in Florida. read more

I just moved to fort Meyers from Denver and was scared to leave my comic book store. Needless to say I have found my new go too store. The staff was very friendly and helpful they have a good selection of comics and games if you need a great comic/game store to go to give these guys a chance you won't be disappointed. read more

I am inside The Orient Chinese restaurant, directly across Del Prado Blvd., more often. I stroll over to Cool Comics occasionally. I think they have a decent selection of indie, alt -comics. I used to read "Tank Girl" back in the day, like before the movie came out. Circa 1993, there was only one store in Fort Myers, where I could score sporadic issues of "Tank Girl." I realize that it is not edgy, at all, to sell "Tank Girl" at your store in 2019, as well. There is a part of me, still stuck in 1990's Fort Myers, which was harder up for cool culture than Fort Myers of today. There is still a big part of Fort Myers that strictly caters to beach peeps, retirees, and rednecks. I will always applaud people, who diversify things by bringing in businesses that are for younger, more compassionate, urban, hipper crowd. I am still bummed that Loving Hut (( vegan restaurant )) died ,, when they opened a location in Cape Coral : ( Honestly, I am a 39 year old woman, who is not a "comic book geek," and I am kind of out-of-the-loop, with current indie comics selection. I was more of a bookworm/nerd, when I was a teenager/minor. I seized urban IRL thrills, when I was an adult with more money/choices. That said, I still notice there are many comics sold here that are not Marvel-created. I might sit down on Google one day, browsing through comics I should read, based on content description? The guy running "Cool Comics," did an impression of Johnny Rotten from "The Sex Pistols" one day, that was charming and amusing. The girl running this place, is always lovely, too. Cool place to visit. Tons of comic books and amazing collectibles. They have games too. I just wish they carried baseball cards.

I'm not a comic enthusiast how ever my nephew is. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. The store was organized and fun to browse. My nephew left very happy with a few comics. Thank you Tom for an awesome experience Will shop there again. read more

Cool Comics and Games is a great establishment. I am a Magic the Gather Fan and this place has a lot of cards to buy or buy packs of cards cheaper than WALMART! They also host Friday Night Magic and Magic the Gathering Modern tournaments. Really think the staff is great! I can't wait to go back! read more

I'm not from the area but my family vacations in Punta Gorda a lot and this store is only about 15 miles away. I've attended two of their MTG tournaments and my opponents were both competitive and friendly at the same time. Their selection of MTG packs and single is limited to only the sets that are currently legal in standard but for that type of selection, the quality can't be beat. Their prices are competitive with most other LGSes and the comic selection is not that bad either. To sum it up, SW Florida's game and comic headquarters is Cool Comics and Games! read more
