I couldn't sleep because every time my Mom comes over she comments about my cluttered home. As my infant daughter and I were both sick the week before, my house was even more of a disaster than normal. I was so overwhelmed!! Then it occurred to me to reach out for professional help because I knew I couldn't do it on my own. My hoarder's instinct is too strong. I figured I could reach out, get a quote, endure one more visit from my Mom in my cluttered home, then next time surprise her with an organized home. Much to my delight, Erik emailed me back that afternoon, and we set up an initial consultation for that evening. It felt like therapy, laying out my hoarding problem to them that night. They said they could tell how frantic I felt in my email (plus the fact I was losing sleep as a new mom who is already sleep deprived), so they figured they'd get right on this. We worked out a plan, I told them our budget, and Charlene came back the next morning to get to work! I was so exhausted, when it was clear Charlene didn't need me around, I went into the nursery and got in a nap. When I woke up, not only had Charlene organized my entire pantry (what we had agreed on as I had food stuff sitting out everywhere), but she had started on the other common areas and had a stack of things she needed me to review!! I was blown away!! By the time she left, my pantry, kitchen, and dining room were totally organized in a way that now three weeks later they still look great because everything has a place finally. And she even had my living room picked up!! Three hours later when my Mom arrived, she oohed and awed over my pantry and the ingenious way it was organized (sorry, Charlene, she has no idea it was all you!), and that was the only comment she had on my home!! A positive comment!! I seriously felt so relieved and grateful for their expertise and Charlene's hard work so I could finally have some peace of mind about my home. I will definitely be using their service again with my bedroom and the nursery, and recommending them to any fellow hoarder I meet! :D

We had hoped from what she advertised she and her team would be able to help us move. It was a…read morehorrible experience. The estimate she provided was no where near what she charged. Yes it is an estimate but you would think that would be at least with in 500.00. The estimate was provided without looking at the whole house. We told her there was more but she declined to look. Her team was great but they can only do what they are allowed. Midway through they informed us what the cost was. When we questioned her on this compared to the estimate this is when she became passive aggressive and would really only speak with us through her staff. She was unorganized,didn't do all that she said she would and was just awful to work with. Her claim of working patiently and kindly with the elderly is not true in our encounter with her. Stay far away from her!

They had a good, positive , realistic attitude and showed me what was rusty and what was dirtv, so I didn't have to second quess them.Went above and bevond! It was a night and day transformation!
