To begin with they said different pricing per class and when u decide to sign up the prices changes. Ask for this upfront before signing up. Both my kids were going here for class we just got started and we made sure that they go with their friends so that they enjoy the class and not be scared. All of sudden they scheduled my son's class from his usual time to 1 hour early and there is absolutely no communication about any of this reschedule. When asking them they don't have a clue on what's going on. I got a class missed and wanted to get that in for which they have restrictions by when I have to get this done but there is absolutely no slot available for the time it works out for me. This is not a place where I do business with. It is all shady and don't know what they charge and they don't stick to their commitment rather ask you to fit into their schedule which changes without any notice.

After coming here regularly for a few years, I noticed a decline in some of the amenities. The…read moreshowers don't work properly, there are a lot of complaints regarding water being too cold or too hot. The steam room has been closed for a couple of years because it doesn't work. Members are constantly slamming heavy weights on the floor which is especially annoying when there is a yoga class and stretching area next to that area. It has yet to be addressed. I do enjoy the fitness classes and the instructors are great. They have upgraded the weighted machines.

Membership is very expensive but fortunately my sister can afford it although I cannot on a job that pays $18/hr. I walk and workout in the house instead. He seems to have a remarkable gift working with young children. What has impressed me the most is how much my grandson looks forward to each lesson. Coach John makes learning enjoyable (evidenced by my grandson's continuous smile and excitement) while still maintaining a strong focus on water safety. I am so grateful for Coach John's dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for his young students. He is making a lasting positive impact, not only on my grandson, but on all of the young swimmers fortunate enough to learn from him.
