First, I was greeted immediately and seated with no wait, even on a late Saturday morning. Brooks was friendly and welcoming, immediately asking for the ideas I had and explaining how that would translate in my hair. Afterwards, he got to work, keeping me updated with what tools, products, and techniques he was using and why. The cut didn't take long and the results were exactly what I wanted. The shorter layers were evenly trimmed, without losing much length at all, and "the duck" was now a thing of the past. I had been experiencing some blinding pain and scheduled an appointment for a dentist to look over my teeth and help identify the cause - this insurance coordinator booked me 10 days out full well knowing and approving me paying out of pocket. Less than a day before my appointment, she called and left me a voicemail simply stating they would not be able to see me tomorrow or ever. When I called back to inquire, the receptionist and insurance coordinator became agitated and defensive going so far as to raise her voice over the phone with phrases such as "are you serious?" and "I don't know what to tell you". I did not once raise my voice or speak disrespectfully to the staff. Shame I never got to interact with the dentists or hygienists as they come highly recommended. Would not recommend this dental office to anybody due to the unaccommodating nature and overall lack of ethicality handling a situation with an individual experiencing extreme distress due to dental related pain.

I was prone to tooth decay and had to get 3 cavities drilled in one sitting. My quack dentist at the time suggested I try an Electronic Anesthetic by 3M - a device powered by 2-AA batteries that you control the level on, but doesn't work for sh!t cause I had that damn thing cranked to 10 the whole time and still felt every drill poke. Dr. Murphy's office is situated in a modern comfortable setting, without that weird autoclave/uber-sterile odor you can taste, but don't get me wrong, everything's cleaned, with the most cutting edge technology. Yep, this guy's a gadget nerd, but that's a good thing in health care. Pop back in the chair with some wireless headphones and watch a movie on the monitor on the ceiling, while your teeth are cleaned by an Ultrasonic - think jet powered Water Pik instead of metal scrapey thing. Everything's on the computer as far as records, xrays, and the Dr. is always happy to explain anything. Schedule your next appt, with the friendly staff upfront, grab a bottle 'o water from the fridge as you leave and you're on your way. Last visit I had the tiniest cavity - in and out in 20 minutes. Didn't even need Novocain, but I'm hardcore. They even called me today and left a message saying it's been a while since my last visit and checking to see if I'd like to schedule one. Ok I will, but this time I want the Kids Sparkle Crest - it's so good.

He said that they would call and let her know pricing and how to proceed. They didn't call for two weeks. In the meantime we had to have a tooth removed due to an infection. So I called to let them know that they dropped the ball and did not perform the service based on no follow up. Within two weeks we received a bill for the consult that they never even followed up with until after I called them. I would've been better off never even calling them!! The office manager Stacy informed me that it was against their policy to do anything for free regardless of anyone else's time or wasted time do to no follow up. Not Happy with this results and the office does not care about patient relations and only cares about the bottom dollar!
