The House brand juice is almost on par with brand name products in price but some of the worst tasting juice i have had. I like tobacco flavours which can be tricky to get nailed down but every tobacco product I have tried tastes like what someone who has never smoked tobacco thinks tobacco tastes like. Update: 06/30/2023 After a bunch of back and forth CoolVape is willing to replace the faulty vape pen. Thank you for the customer service. Cool vape does not stand behind there products and tries to direct you to the manufacture and takes no responsibility for sold items. I purchased Yocan EVolve plus and the battery died and pen no longer works in less than 2 weeks. Coolvape will not stand by the product and leaves the customer out of pocket. Ordered 3 packs of luxe qs pods but they sent me XROS pods instead. They have been less than helpful about shipping me the correct pods. They were quick to respond about requesting me to ship and return the incorrect pods but have since stopped responding when I asked if they could ship the correct pods ASAP Since I am out of pods completely. Seems that they don't trust their customers and are waiting for me to ship the pods back before they ship my correct pods to me. Which isn't fair because we trust them to give our money first and hope we get the correct product we paid for yet they can't do the same for me. Customer service is terrible. Will be taking my business elsewhere after I can hopefully can a refund. If I can't get a refund, I will be doing a charge back on my credit card for not receiving services/product I paid for. Worst company Horrible customer service with faulty products that leak and are, broken! Ordered the Vapresso S model from this company filled it with juice it poured out of the side as I'm filling it though all parts were tight (pre assembled) and checked. After cleaning it I emptied it and put new juice in it seemed to be working, it did an auto detect then I testid it was spiting everywhere and down my throat, I drank this poison. Then it leaked poured out the bottom and sides again. I Am So far done with mods like this which get FALSE 5 star reviews from companies who don't care and have the worst possible customer service, blaming the customer "Did you do this? what vape did you use?" Don't waste your time money and patience here. They sold my wife the wrong vape dispite having the box to compare and my wifes insistance it was rebuildable. Upon their video investigation review they detetmined they would give me a 90% refund basicaly stating it was really my wifes fault for "choosing" the wrong vape even though she bought soley on the recomendation of the sales person. Very knowledgable staff at this shop. Every one I have talked to has always been able to answer my questions. If not there is some one close by who can. They make your ejuice on site and you some times have to wait a few minutes for them to get it for you. they have a huge selection of flavours. the staff is very helpful! would go here again for sure! read more

Garbage return policy! Ordered a geek Vape mod ( blue in colour at least according to their website) and when receive the product it was a different colour completely and off the website. Wanted to exchange it for another colour and would not do it because the box was open. They try to play off that because there a small business they couldn't afford to do exchanges of open product. I have to say I've dealt with many many much smaller businesses who is return policy is far superior than a store with over six locations in the city... NOT Good ....... i placed an order for 4 bottles of juice ... 2 nic salt and 2 nic free.. the 2 flavors i ordered were vanillove and karmalato the nic salt nd nic free of both flavours tasted extremely nasty strong bad taste even the 0 nicotine was bad there was no vanilla cupcake or caramel gelato flavours no sweet taste they made me sick to my stomach i thought that there's no way they would knowingly sell juice that tasted like a harsh nasty flat chemically taste. i usually vape "Indulge" Brands Powder flavour 35mg/nic salt which is heaven!! I contacted customer support and they told me that the flavours sold to me were how they intended nd they wouldn't refund me the money but one bottle was missing the pointed spout so they would refund me 1 bottles worth money.. im extremely unhappy. the customer service is about 2 out of 5 for not resolving the bad juice issue and the quality and standard of the juice is terrible its not hard to make vanilla bean and carmel juice flavors.. which are the first flavors i try at a new company. dont waist your money read more

This review is for Cool Vape at 7400 Macleod Trail SE. I have visited a number of vape shops in South Calgary and this is my favourite. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. The facilities are clean and pleasant. The prices seem to be competitive. They make the e-juice on site. I like it because they can always give me the exact flavour that I want. At other shops, I have to choose from the limited number of different flavours that happen to be in stock. They don't take VISA. I find that strange but not enough to stop me from frequenting the shop. read more

I have been to a few vape shops in the city now and my experience here was the worst. Staff were rude and unapproachable. No one else was in the store and they seemed very put off when I walked in. Bought a kit and a bunch of juices as I heard they had a great selection.Out of the 4 juices I bought I was only impressed with one. I wasn't happy and just like other reviewers have stated they're condescending and rude. They offered no solutions and only made personal attacks on my vernacular. I hadn't been in a vape shop before so I don't have anything to compare it to. It was certainly an eye opener for me. I found the atmosphere stratospheric, the staff young, well dressed, helpful and professional and space aged, albeit quite busy running around doing stuff?? They took the time to explains a few things but were rushed due to people coming in. My only negative feedback is that the staff were all smoking vape like crazy and so were their customers. The place was filled with smoke. I couldn't help but notice that their customers all looked pretty disheveled, with bags under their eyes, and a little "crazed". If I walk into a liquor store I might expect to see the odd one who has had a little too much to drink but I certainly don't expect to see everyone in the place sluggin' er back like there is no tomorrow. I think they need to ban the practice in the store entirely. I think they would attract a more professional and stable clientelle if they did this because frankly I felt a little sleezy because of it all. It looks really bad!! As for the product, as one who really hates smoking cigarettes, I found the 2200 vape gun with about $2.50 worth of nicotine juice lasts a very long time - like a couple of weeks! I think that used properly it is far better for you than cigarettes. That clean nic' juice goes right to your head without all the tar and other poisons clogging up your lungs. Before, when I smoked a cigarette, I felt generally "Green" and a little sickly. With the vape I was able to figure out what just what effect the nicotine was having on it's own, without being mixed in with all those poisons. The effect seems to last a long time for me, like a couple of hours on one little puff. On the other side of the coin I can see where new users might abuse the vape more than they might with cigarettes it is so handy and clean (and if used discretely, quite cool also). I can have a puff every couple of hours without any problem. I don't have to go stand in the cold for 15 minutes wasting productivity, my teeth don't get all gummed up with nicotine, and my lungs are certainly thanking me. I don't wake up feeling like I slept with a dead rat in my mouth and my clothes don't smell. No matches, ashes, burn holes etc. It's all very nice and clinical thank you very much. I think I'm hooked, at least for the time being. I would recommend you start with a low-smoke formula with about 12 mg of nicotine in any flavour, possibly fruit. Remember, it doesn't have to taste awful to fix your crave. It is simply an alternative nicotine delivery system so pick something pleasant! IN any case I certainly don't have a problem with this store and didn't find any reason not to go back. I might only have to pop in for 5 minutes every month or so after all. Bring your cash card or cash. The banks still consider this "fringe business" and so don't give them access to visa or m/c. read more

These guys have a huge selection of juice... that I've never tried. You have to pre-order your juice because they make it in store which I guess is fine if you don't like testing before you buy (unless this has changed). Their prices are fair and their inventory is OK (I bought a few rda's and my kanthal here before other stores started carrying it) . What really drops these guys down is their staff. Rude, belittling, condescending, and even crooked are all words that come to mind. If you are just starting out, or maybe looking to advance into a hobby or at least upgraded level I recommend going elsewhere. They sold my friend a crap hybrid mod that had seized threading. When she took it back they down talked her, laughed at her and made fun of her inexperience, then sent her out of the store with the same mod after telling her it was a different one. luckily she caught on before leaving the parking lot nearly in tears after being treated so poorly. So my advice is find a friendlier place for all your vape needs there are several in the immediate area that are going to help you have a far more pleasant experience. read more

I am a frequent retail customer of Cool Vape but have now been fleeced three times. I have purchased a total of 5 istick 50w batteries and from purchase only 2 of them have worked properly. I've tried to return the batteries and twice they gave me replacements which were some they had laying around the store. (Not new) The replacement batteries were doing the same terrible things my brand new one did. It would switch back and forth between volts and watts then at some place just turn off. Very annoying. The staff has now changed their return policy and you have 12 hrs to return hardware. This doesn't help me as my work involves much travel so I can't return faulty hardware in their allotted time. So out of 5 batteries that cost upwards of $50 each I have 2 that work. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I don't suggest anyone purchase any hardware here. read more

Im rating this 1 star because I ordered the VTC mini but cool vape sent me the wrong kit. I called right away and told them that they sent me the wrong kit and asked to ship it back to them so they could send me the correct one and a man kept telling me to just keep the one they sent me because it was better than the VTC. I said that's fine if its better but I want the kit that I paid for. I didn't send you $127 to get a random suprise in the mail. I was told they couldn't do anything for me and to email the owner. I asked if the owner could call me because emailing to resolve this issue seemed odd and very unprofessional but they said he only responds to email so I emailed and told him the same thing and he insisted that they didn't screw up my order and sent me a picture of my order showing that I chose blue and that I got blue. I said I'm aware I chose blue but you sent me the wrong model!! He said its basically the same one but its newer. I said but the point is, I would like the one I bought and paid for, not some random one that you guys keep telling me is better. He refused to correct my order so finally I just accepted I was stuck with this incorrect order and decided to set it up. Upon reading the box it says that this one came with a skin and there was no skin in the box so I emailed again and asked why I didn't get the skin and he said the one you ordered (vtc mini) doesn't come with a skin. I said I know but the model you sent me says that it does. He said no where on my website does it state that we guarantee you get a skin with the vtc. By this point I'm thinking this guy is a complete moron so I send him a picture of the box stating that a skin comes with the kit and ask him if not only are they sending out incorrect orders to their paying customers but also stealing right out of the boxes?! He then said if I was thaaaaat concerned about getting the vtc mini that I could pay to ship it back for a refund. Obviously at this point, I'm well aware that the owner of this store couldnt care any less about his customers and I wasn't going to chance him keeping the kit AND my money. I bought a Kangertech top box vape and a day later it stopped working. I went in and waited for a half hour just for them to be unknowledgeable and say I just needed to change my coil. So I did, a day later it stopped working so I went in and they said, "Oh, the coils it comes with doesn't work on that vape." Which sounded ridiculous to me! Anyways, I bought a new package of different coils and wasted the 3 it comes with. Talk about a money drainer. Then it worked for a day and then stopped working again. I was never mean to them, just upset and sad that it wasn't working and I had just spent over $100 on it. So I went in for the last time, they took it to the back and did something with it and said it needs a new tank.... after 2 weeks? Anyways, whatever they did with it, now it doesn't even work for a day. So thanks guys!! Now I have to spend $45 more just to put a new tank on it... which who knows will even work.
