He was prompt in responding to our call, and quick in coming out to review the situation and give an estimate. His prices were very reasonable, and he was diligent in coming out to measure for the liner and arranging for installation. He also coordinated effectively with the water delivery business, saving us from having to make these arrangements ourselves. In addition to his consistently fine work, Alex was impressive in his frequent communication with us about the steps he was taking throughout the project, a quality much less evident (sadly) this day and age. His work ethic, commitment to excellence, and determination to get the job done within a reasonable time frame make him stand far above many of the other pool businesses we have worked with locally, over the 27 years we have owned our pool. We have no reservations about recommending his business, and we certainly will be working only with him for any future needs for our pool!

He went on to yell out of the store front door as I was leaving, and in front of other customers, that I did not know what I was talking about, he has worked in this business for over 40 years and that I was "making up" the filter sought. Another store assisted me in my search and I purchased the filter sought. The Picture Perfect Pool and Spa store owner was mean, arrogant and I do not recommend due to his outward disrespect.

And he was even wonderful enough to shovel my walkway. They also helped adjust the mowing schedule to work around my lawn aeration and reseeding this past summer. Also they've done a couple of other specialized things for me, most recently including a tree removal. Fall of 2025, they offered snow removal in addition to the lawn service. Based on the weather so far this year, I've gotten lucky. They have been here multiple times, plowing my driveway in spite of some special needs. ( Curb stones, anyone?). I needed an emergency plow during one of the December snowstorms, when my mother was taking to the hospital. Joe literally was in my driveway less than 10 minutes after I called to make sure that I was able to get out and get to the hospital. Can't say enough good things. Is it the cheapest service in the area? No (with an asterisk*). It's a little bit more than what you pay a larger company, emphasis on the little, but in my opinion, I'm getting much more personalized service. For the fall / winter of 2025 2026, they've added plowing to their resume. It's the first year, so sometimes growing pains might be expected. With the heavier snowfall this year, more than once they've been to my residence multiple times in a single day to plow my driveway out. Coolwaters does it again!! This spring, Drew and his team worked tirelessly to give our old pool a facelift. They worked through snow, rain and the discovery of a natural spring in our deep end to bring us the pool of our dreams. Any time I had a question or was panicking about something, Drew was right there to calm my fears and put me at ease. Yesterday was not any different. We bought our home @ 3years ago and it came with a large (28,000 gallon?) in ground pool. It had been @25 years since I owned a pool. I had never owned an in ground. In the first months we worked with a pool service (not Cool Waters). While it is a large company, every time...EVERY TIME I went there, whether for advice or supplies I had only teenagers to deal with. And as I told my wife, some were just plain arrogant. We switched to Cool Waters. What a difference. I deal with seasoned and knowledgeable people, who remember me by name. Angie is great. The Cool Waters people are very patient and helpful. Drew & his crew finished their work some time ago. They did an excellent job replacing my liner and installing new "wedding cake" steps. They not only let me watch, but also answered every question I had. Drew is very professional and offered a WEALTH of useful information! The materials and workmanship were top-notch; and I was surprised how quickly the job was finished. Drew made sure there were no leaks and that the pool's chemistry was perfectly balanced. He also provided many tips on how to keep it that way. They did a fine job cleaning up the entire area. In the Fall, I'm having them come back to install a new winter cover. Had a horrible experience with them. Asked them to look at my pool pump and they never showed up so I called and canceled. They came the next day, without permission, when I wasn't home but my pool wasn't running since it s on a timer. They never fixed the problem but they billed me. When I called they stared someone would come back out but no one ever did. They sent me another bill but I refused to pay. Went with a other company and bought a new pump. He and his worker showed up on Wednesday and installed a new tankless water heater in about 4 hours. After seeing the quality of their work in our neighborhood and meeting with the company's sales rep, hiring SOS roofing for the job was an easy decision. The sales rep was very quick to set up a visit after we initially contacted the company. He then provided us with all of the shingle options along with his recommendations and gave us a fair estimate. Shortly after we contacted the SOS Roofing office manager to accept the estimate and give our material decisions, we were given a date for the job. A dumpster and all the materials arrived the day before the job started. The roofing crew who performed our roof replacement were outstanding! They worked incredibly hard and meticulously to complete the job to our satisfaction. Throughout much of the job, a foreman was present to support the crew and answer all of our questions. The day after the completion of our job, the dumpster was hauled away and the owner came out to do a final job inspection. He was very thorough in looking over the whole job and immediately addressing any concerns we had. While there, we both came to the conclusion that a 70' gutter on the back of our house needed to be replaced! While he didn't come to our house expecting to complete this added step, he took the time to take care of it because he was motivated to get it done right away! It was very obvious to us how much pride the owner has in his company and how important customer satisfaction is to him. It was a real pleasure working with the entire SOS Roofing team.
