We easily spent most of the day here enjoying all of the amenities they have to offer. The day pass is not cheap - $165 per person but you do get to enjoy quite a bit of options. The star of the show for me was the grounding room where I was transported nearly out of body while laying on a vibrating chair with a warm electric blanket and headphones. The mineral bath was nice but a little hot for my taste and the the salt cave didn't quite feel salty enough for my taste but overall an incredible experience. The staff works very hard to accommodate every request and the aromatherapy towels helped me endure the sauna and steam rooms.

Loved the Private mineral bath, the zero gravity chairs with Sound bath, the salt caves, sauna, outdoor mineral pool, big pool, and café. We had a chicken flatbread and avocado salad, and both were generous portions, reasonably priced and very tasty. I also had a mimosa with a splash of their watermelon lime aqua Fresca, which was delicious. Staff is all very friendly. Ran into friends we had!'t seen in awhile, which made it even more special! They arrived at 9 am and enjoyed the whole day there - great plan! Just a few tips: one. Plan to arrive early, GPS may take you to the casino, rather than the Spa. Notes for Spa: larger towels would be nice. Also check out process was not efficient. We had to stand in line for 20 minutes just to sign our bill. But, overall, wonderful, relaxing experience and would definitely recommend and return! PS: inquire about specials. This month in May they are doing $200 for taking of the Waters, manicure, pedicure and day pass, which is a great deal, considering taking of the waters alone as usually $130 - $150.

I was immediately greeted once I opened the door. Nothing but genuine smiles. Steve helped me out majority of the time. He was sweet and easy to get along with. I asked if I could switch my appointments around but they were booked. Adriana was able to squeeze me into an earlier slot for one service. Which helped a lot. They both were very thorough and detailed with the instructions for each service. Steve insured I had a dry towel for my shower after the sauna. I did red light, sauna, and cryo. Steve even helped me get a cool photo entering the cryo machine which was pretty fuckin awesome. I felt like a million bucks after leaving this place!! It's super clean but what I enjoyed most about this place is having Steve and Adriana help me along the way. Highly highly recommend!!

I was taking all kinds of over the counter and prescription meds for these headaches with little relief. I've been to several chiropractors in my life so I thought I knew what to expect. Enter Dr. Jacques "Jox" Allmand -- chiropractor, healer, and possibly a wizard. On my first visit, I explained my symptoms, and while describing the neck and back pain Doc asked "how about headaches?" Without hesitation I said "all the time, every minute". He finished his assessment and said we'd get me feeling better, and "We can definitely fix those headaches." I remember thinking, "Bold claim, sir." But guess what? I have not had a single headache since my first treatment. Not one. It's been three months. I did go back for a few more treatments for my neck and back pain, as I'd been "stuck" for quite a while. I feel better than I have in years. I will be scheduling regular appointments (tune-up Tuesday!) to keep feeling this good. Dr. Jacques uses a mix of conventional and innovative techniques. He's very efficient but when you tell him about a new pain or aren't feeling quite right at the end of the session he takes the time to investigate. You and your pain will be heard. And then you feel better. And then your pickleball game improves! (I hear this is also true for one's golf game.) If you're in pain -- whether it's acute, chronic, new, old, or something you've just decided to "live with" -- don't wait. Run. (Or walk. Or hobble.)
