Sure enough, 5 minutes pass from the agreed upon time and no one has showed up. I text Miranda and she says they just got into a car accident (which is what happened to another reviewer below and now seems oddly suspicious). Regardless, she says someone should be there in an hour. About an hour and a half later, someone finally shows up. Massages were great but already ruined the day with the lateness. Miranda agreed to refund the cost of the bachelor's massage, but it has now been nearly a month since the booking and no refund has been given. Overall, good massages but not worth the hassle of unreliability.

Juju knew my problem areas without me having to tell her and focused on those areas without me telling her. The best part was the pressure was the right amount. I usually tense up in certain areas especially when they push down and stretch on the arms/shoulders and when they pat your back so hard to end the massage. I'm probably a big baby. So far, it's The only place that no hard back slapping or contorting of my arms or upper back during/after the massage.

I also felt pressured to leave a tip, which was uncomfortable, especially given the overall experience. As for the massage itself, it wasn't what I expected. Instead of applying much pressure or working out tension, it felt like mostly light rubbing. During the additional 20 minutes, she worked on my neck and back, but I didn't feel like the service was worth the extra charge. I woke up today with significant soreness and pain in my neck, which was concerning. Overall, I left feeling disappointed with both the service and the way the additional charges and tip were handled. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
