The people were friendly and never pushy, but unfortunately they didn't seem to know what they were doing. The quality of the installation was poor. I had to diagnose and correct multiple basic installation and configuration mistakes myself, which is not something a customer should have to do after paying for a professional HVAC installation. Here are some of the issues I found after the installation: Incorrect AC wiring: The AC wires were supposed to be connected to the Goodman R-32 adapter board that was supplied with the unit. Instead, they were connected directly to the furnace control board. Because of this, the outdoor AC unit starts for about half a second every time power is restored. The installation manual, including the correct wiring diagram for the Goodman adapter board, was in the same box as the board, but it appears it wasn't followed. Incorrect thermostat wiring: The Y wire was connected to the Y2 (second-stage) terminal instead of the correct Y terminal. As a result, the blower operated at the wrong speed after installation. Blower configuration was never completed: The furnace manual clearly explains that the blower speed for each stage must be configured through the furnace control board using values from 0 to 25. It was left at the factory default of 25, which is not appropriate for this installation. I had to change it myself to 10 to match the required second-stage heating airflow, and the system now operates much more appropriately. Unnecessarily short wiring and piping: The installers cut all of the wires and piping much shorter than necessary, making it difficult or impossible to correct their installation mistakes later. There was already extra wire available, left by the previous furnace installers, so there was no reason to cut everything so short.

These guys just don't care. They just don't want to cooperate or work with me to get the issue resolved. I call, email every 3rd day, they never call back or reply to my email. I am regretting the day I selected Limcan to be my heating and cooling partner. Anyone who is planning to use Limcan for AC Heating, please note that they are extremely attractive during the sales process. And equally poor after... Oh FYI. My AC is still broken. AUG 25, 2026 (UPDATE) Following my original review, I also filed complaints with the BBB and Ontario consumer protection agencies. Shortly afterward, the Limcan team contacted me, scheduled a service appointment, and successfully resolved the issue. The repair process itself was smooth, professional, and my AC is now working properly. I appreciate the efforts of the team members who ultimately helped resolve the problem, and I am thankful that the issue has finally been fixed. That said, I am not changing my star rating at this time. While the recent service experience was positive, it does not erase the frustration of spending more than two months without a functioning AC and receiving little communication during that period. My family and I experienced a great deal of inconvenience, and that remains an important part of the overall customer experience. Limcan remains my chosen heating and cooling provider, so I expect I will interact with them again in the future. If future experiences demonstrate consistently responsive and customer-focused service, I will gladly revisit this review and consider updating my rating accordingly.

Kevoir came to my house to replace a recall insert in my gas fireplace. He was most courteous. He…read moretook everything apart, inserted the new parts, meticulously cleaned everything before closing the doors. He took a picture of the logs before removing them, so that they would be replaced exactly as they should be. He put in new cokes each side of the logs and cleaned the glass and frame before lighting the pilot light. He put of shoe covers before commencing the job, put down a sheet on the floor and cleared away every speck of debris. He made sure I was completely happy before leaving. I was so impressed with this young man that I requested his business card as I would like him to be my regular service technician.
