With the onus placed firmly on providing a professional, efficient service at reasonable prices, Kopykat can do pretty much anything you'd need of a printer. Except, in my experience, academic binding. Their staff are charming, friendly and oh so relaxed in the face of sleep-deprived student hysteria and for most jobs you needn't make a booking. These guys were prompt on getting me a quote and handling the quick turnaround time for my project. I was happy with the quality and though I paid a bit more for my 6x4s than I had budgeted, it was worth it. Though I can only speak for A3s and A6s, I would think these guys could handle most print projects handed to them and do them well.

They don't have a dedicated online facility so what I usually do is send them an email and use something like mailbigfile.com to get my files to them. Then I get an email invoice back and another message that it's been completed. The service is fantastic and the quality of the prints that I've received has been exceptional. Once there was an issue when one of the pigments had been running low and there were some tiny white lines running through one particular colour, to be fair you could hardly see it but it wasnt perfect so they just had it reprinted immediately. Coloursonic isn't the cheapest Giclée printer I'm aware of, but I trust them to deliver everytime and to the highest possible standard so that's why I keep going back to them.

Because of his age and infirmities, he could not understand the instructions for the printing. However, the team at Printline on Haverstock Hill were exceptionally patient with my neighbour. Not only did they print his document, but they did it in very large, boldface type so that even with his limited eyesight, he could read it. I cannot recommend the service highly enough.

I wasn't blown away by the print quality. You could see the bleed colours on the end of my business cards which I was pretty disappointed about but I'll probably go to another company for when I spend money on my next set. However speed of delivery and everything else was pretty ideal. I would have preferred more reign on the design screen, but I got the final result I was looking for anyway. You can't really complain too much when it's free. I would have liked to have the options to pick whether it was FSC or recycled too. Right now I don't know what paper the business cards are made out of and that doesn't bode well on my conscience.

I had a picture which I needed blowing up and laminated - I rang at 10am, sent the jpeg over and by 12pm, the order was ready for pick up. It cost £10 which I was very happy with as the end product was of a fantastic quality. They also provide a general printing service, photocopying and binding. The guys in the London Bridge branch are really friendly and always helpful. They are brilliant with providing ideas on how best to do something - such as the layout and design of your business cards. Definitely one to think of when your office equipment decides to break down!
