Firstly because of the staff. They are good natured, funny and completely unflappable. I can throw any office/computer/printing job at them and they do it with ease and speed. I always seem to pay less than I would have imagined the cost to be. The business is always full. There are art students getting their supplies of Windsor & Eton, or Daler & Rowney, freelance designers and artists getting images printed, architects getting their blueprints copied, and myself running around in a flap about something that I can't do, so they will have to do it for me. The staff all seem very knowledgeable and friendly and they also do printing. Great for handling those awkward jobs where the book of stamps in the drawer just won't do.
