Awful customer service. I needed an urgent print job and was told it would be possible. They were…read more45 minutes late in the end and when I went to check the printing which had been sealed into a tube I found one of the prints was quite clearly smudged. The person who served me just smirked when I asked if I could expect a discount. Overall the printing quality was not great. Lesson learn't that it's not worth it to save £10.
