I have seen some reviewers complain that the wings are not jumbo-sized. If you want the most meat possible, get some fried chicken and dip it in hot sauce. I won't judge. If you want great wings, the smaller ones are better. This improves the sauce, skin, and meat ratios, creating a dense flavor experience. The menu has a focused but diverse selection of sauces, but I haven't been able to pull myself away from that main hot sauce to try them yet. As with the hot sauces, there is a focused selection of simple yet well-thought-out side dishes. A friend of mine got the chicken wrap and was able to get the jerk seasoning added to it.
