I have visited here a handful of times now and I cannot express how much I adore this place. For starters, the employees are the most friendly and welcoming we may have on the Gulf Coast. Everyone makes you feel at home and they're all happy to help with questions about the menu. The sandwiches are divine. On my most recent visit I had the Madrid. Jamón ibérico is such a special treat and the sandwich was absolute perfection. They have a wide variety of chips and sodas that you've probably never seen before. There is so much to choose from. My plan, and my recommendation to you, is to keep coming back until you've tried it all. This place is truly that special. They're open during the lunch hour and they have table seating and seats at the window. You can also order takeout which is super convenient. Prices may seem high for a sandwich place but honestly this is MORE than a sandwich place. You can't find ingredients like this anywhere else on the Gulf Coast. Trust me, the quality is so worth it!

Absolutely fabulous!!! The owner said his Reuben is second to none, and I tend to agree! I also ordered the charcuterie board (to go) and it is not just plopped in a styrofoam container, it comes on a lovely board with everything you need for social gathering (as displayed in picture below). And those deserts! Just and a whole lot of yummy! Can't wait to go back and try the homemade sangria!!!

One of my co-workers favorite place. I didn't go but I ordered the Sicily to go! Big sandwich! Loved the meats, cheese and veggies on here! Really good sandwich. It didn't take them long to order, eat and get back here! They love to eat there and I can't wait to go either! If the ambiance is as good as the sandwich this is a winner!!! It's located on Highway 49 so parking is limited but I'm sure there is nearby spots available. I would definitely eat there again! Cheers

My friend and I decided to try a new place in Gulfport after reading the reviews. We walked in and we're greeted by the most inviting gentlemen with one of the nicest smiles of seen upon entering an establishment He asked if it was her first time and indeed it was. He introduced himself as Tavi the owner. How fortunate for us! He walked us over to the display menu and explained each and every item as my mouth watered. We were told that all his products come from Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Germany, etc., etc. very authentic. The atmosphere is very open and light. I can tell it won't be this way for very long as I could see as soon as this place catches on they'll be a waiting line outside. Several times, Mr. Tavi came to our table to chat and answer questions that I had. He never once seemed, rushed or irritated at my incessant questioning. Again so much knowledge about his food selections and origins. He has a wonderful beer selection, and oh my gosh, the chip selection is incredible I ordered the Rome and I forget what my friend ordered but both were equal equally delicious After finishing our meal, I walked over to the display case where some cheese and chorizo sausage, various olive selections were displayed.

Writing this while sitting here enjoying my delicious sandwich. I got " The Sicily" and it does not disappoint. I was trying to decide between the "The Bear" and "The Sicily" so the guy taking my order flipped a coin for me. I have a feeling that either one would've been delicious from the tables of happy customers around me. The owner is very attentive to customers; greetings customers as they come in and going around the tables making sure everything is satisfactory. My Italian grandmother would've appreciated this happy little piece of Italy. Thank you Tavi for taking my tastebuds to her homeland.

The Black burnt or stained came off so did it come off onto are food also?

Been a couple times before and sandwiches have always been very good, pricey though. Tried the Charcuterie board. I'm my opinion not worth the price. It was nice to try until we noticed the black stain or burnt etchings to the board. Was coming off. Lots of the products are very moist, that get put on the board. You get to keep the board but it's stained up and the black stuff is coming off. Gross! We were done.

Tavi shared some samples. Incredibly good!

We came here once and it was so authentic and delicious we came back 4 days later. It's a nice, open and airy spot in DT Gulfport with great artwork. The first time we were there we were greeted by the owner Tavi. He thoroughly described the menu to us and I decided on the Porchetta and he had the Sicily. The 2nd time we both had the Tuscany. All fantastic. And authentic it is - they source their breads, chips, and many of their drinks from Italy. The staff at the counter are so sweet!

Authentic and amazing! This shop has taken on a whole new level of the most beloved Italian sandwiches. The owner has put so much attention to the little things that make dining really special. He greets every customer and spends time introducing you to his very well curated menu. All of his meats, cheeses, and breads are sourced from their original European birthplace, and he makes the rest himself. He oversees and checks every meal and then follows up with the customer. The sandwiches we ordered were amazing, and I cant wait to return to try every single one! Pair your charcuterie or sandwich with chips from France, a European brew, or soda. Love this place! Gordon Ramsey would definitely approve!

Tavi's new spot in downtown Gulfport is a must try! We went for lunch and it was a good experience. Everything was fresh, tasty and packed full of flavor. My sandwich was Valtelinna and I would get this again (sandwich was served toasted and warm) yum! I also loved all the variety of chips that are not commonly found at the grocery store - Our tiramisu (from Italy) was wonderful! We asked the cashier if they made the baked goodies in house but they said it was from Italy! So that's cool. Overall ya can tell this is an upscale sandwich place and its quality. Ambiance is great, new and clean.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! We are blown away at how amazing this Italian deli is right here in downtown Gulfport-- how have we never heard of this place?! -- we were welcomed in at the door by the owner, Octavio, exerything they offer is made fresh and all ingredients imported from Italy- upscale but feels light and laid back. The flavors and authenticity are unmatched in this area ! Just Amazing! Yall gotta try it!

They label each sandwich with a sticker so you know what it is!!

Valencia, near downtown Covington, is a stylish, contemporary presence featuring tapas and traditional Spanish cuisine, with a respectful nod to the local culture. Service was friendly and attentive today, with Dara providing valuable info on menu offerings and taking excellent care of us. Today we enjoyed their specialty tapas; a Valencia roll, fried calamari, and a brand new offering - fried chicken pesto flatbread. All were excellent, with the roll having a sumptuous glaze and the calamari packing a tasty jalapeño punch. The flatbread, which we found out that we were the first to try, may have been the star of the show; generously portioned, with a thin crust, moist chicken and a zesty , but not overpowering, pesto finish. Although we were too full for dessert, several appealing ones were available. A number of specialty cocktails were also featured. We enjoyed their sangria. We look forward to returning to Valencia!

We had a large group so made a reservations, but it seems walk ins were welcome as well. The space was very cute. Our waitress made some great drink and food recommendations. And took recommendations. I got a pomegranate mojito. We ordered several appetiziers, my favorite was the beef empanadas. For dinner we got the Pollo and Chorizo Paella and the Negra Fideua. It's served family style and our waitress was super flexible allowing us to split the order between the two. I had never tried a Fideua before and it was our favorite dish! The portions were huge and we went home with leftovers. For dessert we tried the brownie which was a good balance to our appetizer and dinner. This is definitely a place I would visit again. Great ambiance, delicious food, and lovely service.

It is truly worth the 30+ minute drive because the authentic Puerto Rican flavor is undeniable. The ambience gives real Boricuan vibes.
