Recently, the number of watches that had to be returned for what appeared to be quality control issues had gone up. Frustrating to say the least. Most recently, I had a vintage Heuer chronograph serviced by Adam. After the several month turn around time, I wore the watch for several weeks with no issues observed (besides lume that was damaged during the service which I was notified about). I put the Heuer back in my watch box where it sat for months. When I took it out to use is again, the watch would run for a while and stop. Also, the chronograph hands weren't resetting correctly. I sent it back in (under the one year warranty) and Adam indicated he made some adjustments. I got it back after several weeks and it was doing the exact same thing. As I was trying to decide whether to send it back again (as we had already had numerous watches returned and were frustrated with the quality of work) the service warranty lapsed. With the watch a month out of warranty, Kokomo refused to look at watch again. Let's not forget it was having the same issue (and obviously was not fixed) as the last time it was sent in. Needless to say, I would not recommend them. If the watch means anything to you, I recommend finding another watchmaker.

It's on the last night of the conference week, and all the general managers loved it so much the first time (in 2014), they requested we do it again this year! Working with Jenifer was a dream: from my initial call to sending over quotes, to finalizing event-night details, she was very communicative and answered all of my (many) questions with succinct answers and a positive attitude. When she followed up after our event with the final paid invoice, she was very courteous and thanked me many times for my company's business. Walking into the room with all the tables set up was so cool--the equipment looked like it was delivered from Vegas! High quality, and looked new. The dealers themselves were fantastic as well--professional and polite, and great uniforms too! One thing that everyone in our group appreciates about the Craps King dealers is that they are patient and knowledgeable, and willing to explain the games. For an event where not everyone has been to a casino, this is a really great way to make people feel comfortable and excited about learning and playing and interacting! I am possibly looking to get back into the aquarium hobby after 30+ years since I last was into it…read more So I looked up shops in Yelp and The Reef jumped out, especially since I was going to be stopping by Sullivan's Hardware today to pick up something. The place was really busy, but I was able to speak to a very nice young lady named Evelyn (I believe... I'm extremely bad with names, but think that was it. If not Apologies). She really took the time to help me catch up on some of the changes in the hobby and focus in on somethings I think I may like. I have more research to do but will definitely be back when it comes to make some critical decisions and buy some of the key components such as aquarium itself, substrate, filtration, etc. Really appreciate the time she took with me. I'm not an expert to be able to "grade" The Reef like some may be able to, but I can speak to how they treated me today. The Reef seemed to have a depth of products to help someone just starting out at a small scale, to the very experienced hobbyist looking to go to the next level or the advanced aquarium keeper who needs to pick up some specific item. (I took the pics to help me remember some of the items I was looking into but figured they would be good for this review as well)

I have dealt with issues year after year that resulted in putting thousands of dollars into my…read moreSnapper Pro 48" Zero Turn Mower. I have been from shop to shop trying to find out what was driving the issues that have cost me a lot of wasted time, energy, and resources. Within two days of having my mower Brian found what was causing one persistent issue and he recommended the long term solution. One of the other, more costly repairs I have had done in the past, which ultimately cost me $1200 more recently, was found to still exist. Again, Brian at Roudebush recommended a way for me to manage this issue over time with little cost me. All this said, the staff was upfront, didn't blame others for past repairs and ultimately addressed my issues. Their price was very competitive and reasonable. One of these years I will purchase a new mower and Roudebush is where I will buy from.
