Found out they hadn't even applied for the tabs. It was a Friday afternoon and they said they'd run in and take care of it and we could get the tabs from ten before the end of the day. Well they screwed that all up, but the really nice folks at the Beltrami County DMV stayed open late so we could get tabs for our car. Then we didn't get our title for the longest time, I looked online, found it was mailed to them in July from the original owners. I called and spoke with someone from the Beltrami County DMV in October and she told me Bob and Jill's hadn't applied for the title transfer to us until September 28. We finally received our car title today, December 14. Seven months after we purchased the vehicle! Will not recommend them, and will definitely never go back there for any reason!

By the time I got home my check engine light was on again. I took it to Oreilly's auto parts to use their machine to run the codes the check engine light was showing. It was the same exact code that was on before I took it to get fixed. I go back to the dealership to let them know and they say they thought it was one thing but it's something else and id have to pay some more money. So ultimately it felt like i paid $370 for absolutely nothing. I will not be bringing my car back, seems like a money grab.

This service department doesn't care about your time. This has been a on going problem there for a long time but they refuse to do anything about it. Rude customer service. Will not be buying any more vehicles there and will probably have service work done elsewhere. I try to support local businesses but when you get service like this I will go elsewhere.

I did not request the tow because I planned on retrieving the truck the following day and it was off the road and out of harms way. Once I figured out the truck was towed by Southside Towing I checked their website and determined they were closed on the weekend. I called Monday morning to ask about the bill and they stated it was $825 to tow the truck 23 miles. Southside stated that is the cost of doing business. Horrible customer service and very rude as well as being extremely overcharged. I would not recommend this business to anyone!!
