I did not request the tow because I planned on retrieving the truck the following day and it was off the road and out of harms way. Once I figured out the truck was towed by Southside Towing I checked their website and determined they were closed on the weekend. I called Monday morning to ask about the bill and they stated it was $825 to tow the truck 23 miles. Southside stated that is the cost of doing business. Horrible customer service and very rude as well as being extremely overcharged. I would not recommend this business to anyone!!

But recently they went above & beyond so I felt the need to put this online... they replaced a transmission gasket for us but the vehicle continued to leak. We were worried something more serious was going on & true to form, they were quick to get it in for analysis. They discovered that it was the gasket again & replaced it free of charge. If for some reason, the person you are talking to doesn't have an answer, they will find someone who does know the answer instead of blowing smoke. I appreciate that. On one occasion the tech forgot to tighten something and I had a minor issue, but they corrected it immediately and made things right going above and beyond what any other shop would have done, so they stand behind their work too!
