We were driving from Edmonton, Alberta to St. Louis, Missouri and had a rear tire blow out on our car. We had the rear tires replaced in Begley, MN, but they were unable to do a 4 wheel alignment for us. We got ahold of Motor Works, explained the situation, and they got us in (nearly immediately) getting us back on the road in no time! Our original plan was to drive the Great River Road and wouldn't you know they went above and beyond to even assist with our route home?! Great service, great people, and a great experience........ The service over the last two years has really declined. It seems to be nothing but high school students now, or employees that don't know a lot about what they're doing. I did not request the tow because I planned on retrieving the truck the following day and it was off the road and out of harms way. Once I figured out the truck was towed by Southside Towing I checked their website and determined they were closed on the weekend. I called Monday morning to ask about the bill and they stated it was $825 to tow the truck 23 miles. Southside stated that is the cost of doing business. Horrible customer service and very rude as well as being extremely overcharged. I would not recommend this business to anyone!!
