Assistant left room and talked with Dr. Schofiet in hallway, Schofiet came in and said almost the exact same thing then comparing my knee problem to a light bulb and switch saying it's nerves and the wires are broken(nerves). He told me to go to Penn Medicine and see a Spine Doctor. When I told him about the grinding he said oh now you are self diagnosing yourself. Him and his sidekick are both ________. In the report summary he stated patient has bone on bone in left knee. If you see this so called Doctor and you trust his diagnosis, good luck!

At my appointment I was told the scheduler would call the following week - never got a call. Called following Monday at 9:45 to speak to office manager and was told she gets in "10 - 10:30" - must be nice to have no specific time you have to be in the office. When I FINALLY got someone on the phone saying I wanted to meet with the doctor (Padula) because I wanted to feel more comfortable with him than the terrible administrative staff I've had to deal with, she put me on hold for about 1 minute then came back on and said her supervisor and Dr. Padula "invite me to go elsewhere." No problem!

They refused to fix the portal so that I can log into it because they had my date of birth wrong. I inquired in person I called on the phone four times. From the entry into Summit Surgical at 5:45 am, up until my departure, Ashley (my driver and daughter) and I were treated beautifully. They do not give bloodwork results over the phone, even for a simple CBC panel when there is a…read moresuspected infection or tumor. You have to go in and pay another fee, another co-pay to even get basic lab results. They also refuse to send anything via e-mail and claim there is no access to e-mail in the entire office. I had to physically come in and get my daughter's results to discuss with her pediatrician because the doctor we saw was out for days and nobody there would discuss it with us over the phone. This type of policy is about making money and not about serving patients. Very unfortunate.
