I'd say that's a very modest description for the superlative service I recently received from Jane, the pleasant yet not intrusive owner/driver, a few days ago. My husband and I needed a ride from where we were stranded (a lovely but hidden inlet in Maine, Robinhood Cove) to Newburyport, MA. Jane kindly accommodated us on what otherwise would have been her day off, and without a fare that would otherwise have taken her up to Maine. But the amazing part was that she not only found the marina, she found us in the restaurant at the table where we were nursing our sorrows, and she was 15 minutes early! She didn't breathe down our necks--she graciously disappeared, then reappeared the moment we were ready to leave. She tracks like a bloodhound, and has the manners of Emily Post. Her white Tesla sedan was easy to spot at the airport, comfortable, clean, luxurious, and she is a delight to ride with! I used Cooper Coach for the first time a few weeks ago. I found Jane very easy to work with, very responsive to any question I had during the trip and very professional in every regard. I had an early flight and needed a 4:30am pick-up - she arrived a few minutes early. My return flight was due to arrive at Logan at 9pm. Equipment problems with the aircraft caused a 3 hour delay in the flight departure. She stayed in touch with me during the delay and re-assured me she would pick me up regardless of the hour. We have used Cooper Coach to take us and pick us up from the airport for vacations. The vacation starts the minute we get in the car. It is so relaxing not having to drive or Park at Lo gan and saves considerable time on both ends of the trip. The cost can even be more economical then parking depending on the length of the trip. Used Jane to pick up me and my family to go to a wedding in NH. She even had a booster seat for my daughter. She was prompt and professional. The car was immaculate.
