Interesting that there were bad reviews of this company. We needed a car service for an airport drop-off and pick up. We called made the reservation with David. We even called back to move up the time of the pick up for departure. No problems there. We requested the van as we had 6 travelers and many bags. David showed up early, was well dressed and pleasant. Drove responsibly and we arrived at the airport with no issues. On pick-up, our flight had been delayed by an hour. I emailed David just to make sure and he confirmed he was already aware. When we landed, my wife received a text from Mike that he was waiting for us in the Limo lot. He was also well - dressed and very pleasant. He also drove very well and was a pleasure to talk to. My first experience was a pleasure and we would use them again as far as I'm concerned. read more

I called to inquire about a group shuttle for 8 adults for a 14-mile trip. The man I spoke with was incredibly rude and told me they are not a taxi service, quoting $350 each way plus tip. When I questioned the cost, he became angry and snapped that they're "not Uber." That kind of hostility over a simple pricing question doesn't inspire confidence, especially for something like transportation where reliability matters. I won't be using them and would think twice before recommending them to others. read more

Family was dealing with the death of a family member. When called to reschedule as things were in flux he YELLED, accused my wife of "playing games" and said find another ride. I can't believe this level of disrespect and it speaks to the decline of Moonlight that's been happening for years. Cars were dirty in previous rides but they're cheaper than other services so we wanted to try. They have no empathy and I would not recommend. I hope they encounter the same disrespect from vendors when they're dealing with death so they can see how shocking and horrible it is. DO NOT USE THEM. read more

I used Moonlight a few times and recommended him to friends and family. I was recently traveling and had to re-schedule twice due to travel plans changing because I had a death in the family. My plans re-routed me and forced me to alter my travel schedule. When I finally had a set schedule and I called to confirm my pickup, David yelled at me and said that "I was playing games". It was incredibly upsetting when I was dealing with the death of a parent in another state and was simply trying to get home after a long two weeks. His demeanor and unprofessionalism were uncalled for, and I will never use or recommend his service again. read more

Had a great experience with the owner and our driver Jimmy. He picked us up on time and got us right to our gate at Logan, helped to take our bags out and was very helpful all around. Black suburban was very comfortable with leather interior, very clean. The same driver picked us up from the airport and texted me to let me know exactly where he was - smooth drive home, highly recommend. read more

We were visiting California and due to circumstances beyond our control, we needed to return home sooner than we had planned. We called Moonlight on a Thursday afternoon, and were able to secure a ride home from Logan on Friday evening. Our driver, Arthur, was awesome. He was extremely personable and very professional. I reserved a limo for our night out, 4 of us going to dinner & the Garth Brooks concert. Of course it had to be snowing. Our driver Laura showed up on time despite the snow clogged roads. We promptly left heading to Maggiano's where we had reservations but I didn't tell Laura what time our reservations were for. I didn't want her to worry about getting us there on time in the snow. She drove Amazingly! We made our reservation in perfect time. Laura took her time got us to both of our destinations on time & back home. Other than when we stepped out of the car we couldn't tell it was snowing. My friend has extreme anxiety about being out in the snow. & She was stunned @ how relaxed she was going that far in such conditions. We had a blast & Laura was a major part in making that happen. My brother rented a van from this company for his bachelor party. The driver was extremely nice but as the van pulled away, it sounded awful! Sure enough - on their way to their second destination, the van just stopped on the highway- transmission gone! The guys had to push the van off the road and all needed to Uber for the rest of the night. My brother spoke to the owner and was basically told he didn't have time to deal with the matter! When he said he was getting his money back - the owner replied that he wasn't getting a single penny back! Great customer service! He clearly doesn't care about the safety of his own employees, never mind his customers! My brother, husband and father were all in that van! Thank the good lord that they were not in a terrible accident when that piece of junk decided to crap out. Please think twice about using this company, especially now during prom season. I can't imagine my children being in that kind of situation! read more

High marks on administration. Delivery of service was a "D" at best. The driver missed our house and blocked traffic by sitting in the car down the street. We ran to the car and knocked on the window to let us in. She mummbled a few words and we got in the car. I asked her if she had a GPS and she didn't respond. I asked her a second time and she replied, "I said yes" in a very condescending way. When we asked where the seat belts were she replied, "they are there". The car was dark and lighting poor. She didn't help with the lighting situation, even after we asked. She seemed annoyed the minute we got in the car. When we got to our destination I asked her if she could stay in the parking lot in case we needed somthing in the car. She handed me her phone number and said she was going to get something to eat. Over all she was gumpy and not the least bit friendly. I It was not a good experience and I would never use them again. read more
