Fuck!!!!!! How…read morelong's it been since I've had to write a one-star review? Let's see. October 8th. Lotus Bar. Dallas Texas. There I got free booze. This was infinitely worse. The whole reason that I flew into Manchester NH, was that they supposedly had a fast and cheap bus into Vermont, so I could actually, you know, get home. After diligent research at the Manchester Super 8 on Wednesday, I came to find out that all bus service had been transferred to Londonderry. A city with an international airport lets its bus terminal go to to a backwater town 12 miles to the south. Fine. Idiotic, but fine. I hop into a taxi and pay the $16 to get from point A to point B. The bus station was actually pretty nice. A modern sign promised "free wifi" in the waiting area. I pull out my laptop. Zero bars. "Excuse me, undertrained desk-agent, do you have wi-fi?" "Um, not yet." "Got the sign though, huh?" "Yep. Got the sign." Apparently this station was so new that it also didn't have vending machines or BUSES. You see, I'd bought a ticket on the 2:50 pm bus to White River Jct. At 3:30 pm, I asked the rosy-cheeked ticketing lady where my bus was. Beep. Beep. "Becka. Where's bus 404?" she squawked into her two-way. She looked at me sheepishly. "Um. It's in Manchester." I kept me cool. "You mean the fucking town that's 12 miles north of us, that I just paid $20 to get here from." "I'm sorry sir." Sorry wasn't going to cut it. I'd been traveling for over 24 hours and there was this really cute blonde girl sitting across the row from me who's eyes started watering when she got the gist of the situation (she was waiting to get back to Burlington). I doubt the already on-board passengers were happy when I rerouted the bus back south through Londonderry, but I was NOT gonna let myself play Steve Martin in a budget reenactment of "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles." But god damn, I love that movie. Maybe I'll watch it right now :)

Before COVID, I used to take this bus fairly often from Salem, NH to the airport. Unfortunately,…read moresince the pandemic, the number of buses serving the airport has become much more limited. Some buses now originate in Concord or Londonderry and skip Salem altogether, so I don't have as many opportunities to use the service as I once did. A recent flight time made taking the bus to Logan convenient, so I decided to give it another try. I was able to park in their extended parking lot for free for more than a week, which was a great perk. I paid $20 for the bus ride and waited for the bus to arrive. The facilities were very clean, a staff member was helpful, and there were a few vending machines available while waiting. The bus arrived right on time. The driver placed my suitcase underneath the bus, and the seats were comfortable. Wi-Fi was also available on board. We were dropped off at Arrivals rather than Departures, but the driver explained that they were required to do so. It was an easy elevator ride upstairs to get to the departure level and drop off my luggage. On my return, I arrived after the last bus had departed, so my ride brought me back to their location where my car was parked. The office was already closed for the day, but the parking lot was well illuminated. Overall, this was a convenient and affordable option for getting to Logan. I just wish there were more frequent buses serving Salem again.

The owner of this company is extremely unprofessional. He misquoted me for a service by over $100,…read moreand charged me a fee for cancelling when he choose not to honor his quoted price. I left my review about my experience and woke up an addtional $100 charge on my credit card and an email from the owner stating he will only refund me if I deleted my review. At this point I reached out to my credit card company and submitted a billing disputes. Months later, after I was credited back for the billing dispute he fraudulently carded my credit card again for $244. Please beware....

I normally do not bother to write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience…read more After traveling for more than 18 hours I exited the airport in Boston to find no car service. I called Cody and he did not answer then I called the dispatch and they said they would have him call me back. When the call came about 10 minutes later, he told me since he thought I was arriving from an international flight he would factor in an extra hour to my scheduled pick-up! First of all the reservation clearly showed a domestic flight arrival and second it is pretty egregious to arbitrarily add an hour to the reservation pick-up time. I was livid that he was home in New Hampshire while I was waiting at the airport. Of the 3 times I used this company they were late twice, the most recent was outrageous. I am sad to say I will not use them again. After 10 months I just received an email from google with this: Response from the owner 3 hours ago Dear Elaine, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we apologize for the experience you had. It seems there was a misunderstanding regarding your flight, and we'd like to clarify what happened. When we initially processed your booking, there was confusion around your flight status, as the system indicated it might be an international arrival. Typically, with international flights, passengers need extra time to clear customs, which often leads to longer waits, so we factored in an additional hour to account for this. However, we now understand that your flight was indeed a domestic one, and we deeply regret the inconvenience this caused you. To remedy the situation as quickly as possible, we immediately explored multiple options to get you home sooner. This included personally looking for alternate modes of transportation out of pocket. Though you refused them all. Insisting on waiting for us. Despite the mix-up, we did not charge as a gesture of goodwill and to compensate for the wait. While we know this doesn't change your experience, we wanted to assure you that we take situations like this very seriously, and appreciate your feedback, which helps us improve. We are truly sorry for the frustration and the impact it had on your travels. Sincerely, Sky Coach & Limousine Well Cody let me say this about that. Regardless of you alleged mishap with your booking tool, I hired a Limousine Service not a travel planner. Regardless of the fight path you should have arrived on time. Your exploring of other options was to tell me to take an Uber from the airport to New Hampshire! Need I tell you what you should take.
