I was very impressed by every Nurse, Doctor, attendant and even the maintenance staff who took care of the room. Dr. Sawabini (hope I spelled that right) was particularly communicative and very courteous, professional and helpful. His calm demeanor and concise explanations did a lot to help me relax and understand the various procedures. Once I missed his visit as I was 'indisposed', but he called to assure me personally that he would come back by to keep me updated on the tests. WOW! A cardiac event for an elderly widow is a terrifying event. I could not be more pleased with the treatment they provided to me, and I am delighted to know we have such an incredible resource here in Lenoir City. Thank you to Ft. Loudoun and their dedicated staff for a job well done -- very well done!!! I am back home, I have a plan, and I feel confident my immediate future will be better thanks to their kind and capable assistance. FIVE STARS -- because I don't know how to put in 10!!!

HORRIBLE . ER room~ completely gaslit me…read more Andrea Disher, told me she had a long day and wanted to go home. Said all my symptoms were constipation. That was my diagnosis. Said I have anxiety. Which I already have known for years. Told me my cardiologist was wrong, and I was aged out for his diagnosis of Pots. So discredited him and made me feel worse. All the bills for bloodwork and ekg I'd have no problem paying. Her so called services, I would like to be paid for HER LACK OF CARE! But her bedside manner, gaslighting and total disregard for her patient was beyond disgraceful, disgusting. You almost pass out, arms, legs tingling, can't breathe. And told you're constipated, it really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Had she bothered taking some time rather than being a completely disrespectful, rude person! Maybe she would of saw past the nose on her face to see, I actually was having bad problems. And went home feeling even worse due to her lack of care and condescending demeanor. This is the exact type of so called Dr that makes a person die at home, because the one time they actually listen to their family during an episode, and go in, you are left feeling like you're a fool, left with a huge bill for seeking help. I feel sorry for anyone that has to go to her. Andrea Dishner should be taken back to the basics in patient care. To boot, my appt in Vanderbilt University, confirmed the POTS and low blood pressure, high heart rate and potential adrenal tumor. As I did also complain about abdominal pain. Absolutely obscene the way she treated me, and I have heard since many others have filed formal complaints against her. You have someone scared with chest pains and you treat them like they are a ridiculous waste of time. You should be fired. The gal that put my iv port in hurt my arm so bad I had a bruise and a hard rock feeling bump in my wrist for a month. Never in 13 surgeries , and many appointments since I was young. Blessed with some bad health .. I have had, has this ever happened. I would suggest going somewhere else. PERIOD
