Julie Williams she does not need her license she took me off of my diabetes…read moremedication even when my blood work showed that I was a full blown diabetic and also I was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver the dr who found it called her office and told her nurse what he had found and sent her my medical records and she told me that I didn't have cirrhosis and refused to send me to a gi doctor so I had to find a GI doctor he did blood work and found that my platelets were low my ammonia levels were high and my pt levels were high he also did a liver fibrosis panel to see how scared my liver was the test showed that I had either stage three or four cirrhosis so to get the actual stage dr helton did a liver biopsy and it showed that I have stage four full blown cirrhosis she doesn't listen to her patients and ignores what is really going on I don't believe that she should be practicing medicine this is a warning to all of her current patients and future patients

About a year later my my insurance changed back so I decided to go back to Lakemoor but they never informed me that since I left their practice that I wasn't eligible to become a patient again by leaving. Not only that the office staff was extremely rude and hateful about it. They treated me as if I had broken an oath of loyalty to them. Had I known they were going to treat me this way in the first place I would have never become their patient. Having said this and vented, their doctors are great. Does this outweigh going through their office staff though? For me, no. Great doctors are easy to find. Great office personnel not so much.
