His poor organizational timeline caused unnecessary delays and on multiple occasions he got details of my case wrong and documents had to be redrafted; at least twice confusing my wife's and my information. This was most notable when he thought (well into the case and with a signed property agreement in hand, mind you) that I was paying her in the settlement rather than the reality that I was receiving funds from her.
