Jon is extremely knowledgeable about roofing. He actually went out of the way to find just the right color for our roof, and made specific recommendations for materials pertaining to the unique nature of our roof. Any concern we had, Jon was just a phone call away, even on weekends. Anything we needed, Jon made sure it was done promptly. He came up with a solution to save our beloved skylights (our favorite part of the house), something which other roofers who we got quotes from wanted to tear out. Jon even went out of the way to come by on weekends to address our concerns since we work weekdays. The level of professionalism of the crews was outstanding. Could not have been more satisfied by the attentive service Cooper roofing provided through the process. I had a few active leaks in my roof that were identified during an inspection, and after calling Cooper, they had someone out to look at the roof that same day! Cooper had a great plan to get everything fixed, they were priced very reasonably, and were able to have a team out to fix the roof within 3 days! I live in an HOA community and they were able to provide a Cert. of Insurance and match the color specs and quality specs provided by the community... all turned around in 3 days. Also, huge points here... the roofers cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave shingles and dirt all over the place! Our neighbors were very impressed with the work, and Cooper has already done 2-3 additional jobs in the neighborhood (that I'm aware of). Could not have been more satisfied with the level of service and quality provided by Cooper.
