Absolute worse optometry experience of my 50 years. The staff (Gadsden Alabama) made me feel like…read moremy appointment interrupted their day. No one could or would answer my questions. (Not even what my insurance would pay) The "doctor" was extremely unprofessional. No one asked me if I was experiencing any problems. They just wanted to know if I was getting contacts or lenses. That's it. I think I will go back to eyemart. Literally anywhere is better than "Americas best".... They should change their name to "AMERICAS WORST"!
