She was purchased 18 months ago, her BLUE her eyes have turned purple. I called the shop and spoke to Jessica. Explained my situation and concerns. While doing so I could hear the owner screaming overtop of her about color is perception. I said ok, let me send you some photos next to Mary. We have the ENTIRE collection, purchased directly from them. This was my response via email. "I showed these pictures to the owner of the company. She is aware that there are customers who think the eyes look purple. The company did a lot of research regarding color perception and found that some people are seeing blue, and some see purple. It's all a matter of personal perception." So I called back and stated that this was unacceptable. And the owner again was screaming over poor Jessica. This will be our last purchase @thequeenstreasures.

I think this place has a good choices in almost all departments. They are a little overpriced but that comes with being and independent store in the neighborhood.
