Here were the highlights of their work: 1. They were on time and worked a full day. They arrived promptly at 8 am, took a 30 minute lunch break and then carried on working. They left their work area very clean at the end of the day. 2. They fixed the sloppy sheetrock job that my HOA remediation contractors did by re-sanding the sheetrock mud several times and making it very smooth. 3. They painted almost all the walls in my condo as well as baseboards and shoemolding. Very crisp and precisely done. 4. They put back together my kitchen cabinets which the remediation company almost destroyed. Truly, the cabinets look like new again! 5. They repaired my quartz kitchen countertops which the remediation company chipped in several place. This saved me about $3000 alone. 6. They expertly installed 800 sq feet of laminate "wood" flooring which was quite tricky given all of the angles in my corner view unit. 7. They installed weather stripping around my front door so I don't hear the whistling/howling wind anymore! 8. They fixed leaking plumbing under a sink and reconnected all of my kitchen appliances (ice maker, dishwasher, stove, etc...). 9. They built wooden shelves for the storage closet where I keep beach floats, buckets, etc. Steve was incredibly responsive during the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for him or his crew.
