As it stands, we were on the way back from Navarre and my tenant notified me that she had no hot water. Given time and distance, rather than checking the property myself, I chose to have someone else do it. Given the insanity with Hurricane Helene, I was very surprised how quickly White's Plumbing was able to check out the property. The day after I called them they went and fixed the issue, which honestly was extremely minor and makes me wish I had gone myself, but hey, sometimes you have a bazillion things to do and it's better to pay someone else to do it. I would definitely contact them again for any future electrical service we may need. However, with that said, we did end up having to pay an additional $30 because our check was lost in the mail. When I was notified by Joel Foy's billing department that the payment had not yet been received we were told that it had been an ongoing issue in that they had not been receiving payments from other customers for the same reason over a period of several months. This problem could have been mentioned sooner so that we could have paid by other means. They do not accept payment at the time of service, but had we known about their mailing issue we would have been able to avoid cancelled check fees from our bank.
