My brother had a tree removed from his rental property last weekend by this company. They were…read moresupposed to remove one tree and prune another. Instead they pruned on and cut the branches off another leaving about 6 ft of tree. The tenants advised them the tree was supposed to be cut down to the stump. The workers reluctantly went back to finish the job that they were hired to do, after they completed the job the workers just left without allowing the tenant to check the work. The workers had not cleaned up at all and left large pieces of tree all over the place . We had to call them back to do the clean up. He said he could have his crew out on either the following Saturday or Monday. On Saturday, he called to ask if it was ok to send the crew out and I was told they'd be here within the hour. The crew showed up on time and spent about 2 hours removing weeds and cleaning up. They also removed the dead tree.
