My husband and I have never worked with such a frustrating person as Frankie Rodriguez. He has the worst attention to detail of anyone we've ever worked with - it's virtually non-existent, and my husband is currently interviewing for a replacement team. He does what he feels like rather than what we as the homeowners need, and the product is very poor. He has cost us a lot of money with plants and trees lost and needing replacement due to his carelessness, and he has on more than one occasion damaged our property. He doesn't notice problems, doesn't get on top of things soon enough, ignores items that obviously need attention, and doesn't listen. Perhaps he's capable of very simple projects, but anything requiring even the least bit of sophistication appears to be beyond his capabilities. He promises a lot but doesn't deliver. Cannot in good conscience recommend Frankie or his company. Gave us a verbal quote and then at the end increased it by 800.00 charging us 250.00 each to plant small pygmy date palms as well as other items he considered as additional charges. We are not the type of people who want to get into an argument and, so we paid it, but very begrudgingly. Frank is far from a man of his word who has dishonest business practices, to put it mildly. Look elsewhere for your landscaping needs done by an honorable, respectful person. I know you will save yourself a lot of frustration, headaches, and money. read more

After several emails over the past 11 months, I can not even get a quote from this company. I want a very simple landscape job. Frankie indicated that he would take a look on March 30th, Nearly 10 months ago. I have not heard back from this company and all of my further attempts to contact this company were ignored. read more

Scenic Landscapers show up on time, ready to work. They did an excellent job . We have had our sprinkler system replaced, and they did it fast and efficiently. They've also trimmed trees and shrubs, and always do a good clean up. Pam M. read more

Great service! Frankie knows his stuff and has a great crew. Honest, on-time and very fair-priced. I have a good sized yard and they a wonderful job cleaning and prepping it for landscaping rock they spread. (a LOT of it).
