We had an overgrown tree that was falling over after the storm. Moises fixed it quickly and was also kind enough to fix a leak in the irrigation he found along the way. He was incredibly fair in pricing and his team was very communicative. We were unsure about needing new stakes and he let us know he didn't feel they were needed rather than just adding them and charging extra. Moe does excellent work for us. He. has done a huge yard clean-up, trimming our shrubs and 13 Palm trees. He now does yard maintenance every two months. Confused as to what's going on with this company. I thought the miscommunication was resolved over the COURSE Of a couple months but company cannot receive constructive criticism. It was NOT one missed call. I called this company at least 12 times over the course of the first time he completed service til now (JULY 11) and he cannot accept and acknowledge that he did fail to keep his commitment to the initial schedule appointment after the first service. His loss, we have plenty of properties, friends and family that we were excited to promote him to. Book him if you want, but being professional and keeping commitments don't coincide with excuses to your paying customers. Our time and money are valuable too, and we could easily choose another business who is going to show up on time, as promised and not make excuses why they dodged your calls for months. read more

Safety is number one right now; however, the serviceman, Moe arrived late at my door without a mask to do an estimate for service. I offered him a sealed one and he said, "Oh, you're one of those! No, thank you," and walked back towards his truck to leave. He then yelled out that, "those masks are killing you and causing cancer," and drove off. I wanted this service to work, but my experience with Moises G & L has not been good: (1) On Aug 12, I advised them of a broken sprinkler in my back yard; he finally came by on Aug 27 to repair it. On Aug 29 I reported that it wasn't working. It is now Sep. 23 and he still hasn't repaired it. That is six weeks with a broken sprinkler. Unacceptable (2) Scheduling is a huge problem. When I hired Moe, I expected monthly service and I have a text message stating I'm on monthly service. Between July and August, it was 7 weeks between service. I think I have had only 3 monthly services in 5-6 months. (3) Again, scheduling and no shows. I receive text messages stating that he will be by tomorrow or the next day. No Show. A few days later I will get a text that he has been very busy, or slammed, or on a big project. I have received at least three "I'm sorry Jan". Then I will get "I didn't get a confirmation from you so I have you scheduled for next week" or "we always like to make sure you are home because of the pups". This is summertime is Arizona, my pups are indoors except for potty, and they can be put away in 2 minutes or less. After confirming the many scheduled appointments with no shows, it seems useless to confirm. Just show up and do the work. (4) I agreed to have him replace the irrigation system in the front yard at a cost of $3000, for which I paid cash and I always paid him with cash. That was delayed by a couple of days which I accepted. My monthly maintenance is easy work and I (80 years old) have asked him for a little help and guidance with fix it issues in my back yard for which I was willing to pay him. My point is that I feel I have been a good customer for him, but not valued as such. (5) He asks for referral work. Not from me. read more
