They showed up ready to work and got started immediately. They trimmed all the bushes in both the front and back yard- instant transformation I tell you- and did an excellent job at handling all the weeds. Both he and his wife (Dora and Arnoldo) were professional, kind, and genuinely warm. They kept a smile on their faces the entire time we spoke, and you can truly tell they care about their customers and the quality of their work, and again I cannot stress enough how prompt they were when it came to communication, arriving on time and letting giving me an eta before arrival before she came out for the estimate and he came out for the actual service. What truly stood out to me was how kind and professional they were while still giving that warm, homey feel. Both husband and wife were friendly, always smiling, and communication was effortless from start to finish. You can genuinely tell they care about their customers and the quality of their work. He does what he feels like rather than what we as the homeowners need, and the product is very poor. He has cost us a lot of money with plants and trees lost and needing replacement due to his carelessness, and he has on more than one occasion damaged our property. He doesn't notice problems, doesn't get on top of things soon enough, ignores items that obviously need attention, and doesn't listen. Perhaps he's capable of very simple projects, but anything requiring even the least bit of sophistication appears to be beyond his capabilities. He promises a lot but doesn't deliver. We deeply regret hiring him, and can't possibly recommend him.

Then got a call from Eddie about a week before start time saying that they were going to start a week early. Construction was consistent, professional, only thing I had a problem with was we had to wait a few extra days for the gates to be built. Other than that I'm very happy with their work.

There were a couple very positive things that came out of this…read more Enrique responded rapidly and was able to help me upon short notice. The work he did exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied with the physical nature of the work he did. However, his payment structure and lack of payment system is quite bothersome. There was no clarity as to how I should structure payment so I had to be the one to suggest how to proceed with payment. He suggested I pay through Western Union which is something I've yet to be asked. After completing the job, he then proceeded to pester me for payments even though I was busy completing my own work during the weekend. Without even letting 24 hours pass, he was contacting my friend, who was helping me, trying to follow up for payment. I thought I had made a payment within that time frame, but in my business, the transaction was not confirmed via PayPal. Within 36 hours of the completion of the job, he sent me a "lien notice" stating that he would charge an extra $400 on the job. Note that this all took place over the weekend when most people are not conducting financial transactions. The lack of professionalism and the ambiguity of the contract services need to remedied. I am a specific situation since I am remote and not located physically in Arizona. Those who choose to contract in person will likely not have to deal with such circumstances. However, those not located physically in Arizona need to be aware. My intention had never been to not pay for services and to be treated as such within less than 36 hours is completely unprofessional
