I called in January to have them come and remove the dumpster. They did not come out. They called me in early Feb saying we owe them for another dump that they had complete on the same day it was delivered. I explained we did not have time nor resources to fill the dumpster in 24 hours of the delivery. So it is now 2/28/23 and they are sending me to collections for saying their records show back in Nov the day it was delivered it was dumped. The first call I had today the person hung up on me. I was not being rude or cussing. I just stated that what I did here this will be the second dump of the container and I have been told to prepay before delivery of the container and before the first dump. I was also told that if they had to come pick it up without payment they would just dump the current stuff in my yard. Truly professional service. Highly disappointed that we could not resolve this issue.
