Only one service agreed to come to my home, which they did. But, they would not take anything that was not sealed completely. As a result, they took only the bags of clothing and a few pieces of furniture. The rest of my donations were offered up to my neighbors. What they didn't take went to the dumpster. I can't understand why places advertise free pick-up then refuse for any of a number of petty reasons. My experience using Yelp is negative.

Over a period of two seperate days, I believe they sent every employee except their owner and office staff to assess the issue. Finally, technician Grant figured out the problem after a couple of hours and was able to fix the problem. Good man! I was concerned about the cost of the repair after the first few hours of not being able to correct the issue. So the next day I drove to their office with the original architectural diagrams of the building and went over the plumbing diagram with Matt. I let him know that at $140 per hour I was very concerned about the cost of all the time spent by everyone. Matt stated that they would be fair on the cost which ended up being $1700! Actually I paid for a lot of technicians to come out and tell me they couldn't figure it out. Grant did solve the issue after a few hours of digging out a new trap. Thanks again Grant! I did call the owner Scott and explained my thoughts on the service and he did lower the bill to $1400. Not a pleasant experience with Royal Flush and quite expensive on paying for most employees ineptness.

To make sure he was OK I messaged his business under a different profile and he responded immediately. Which means he simply chose not to respond to our requests for him to finish. We do a lot of these jobs and wanted to use him for future projects if he did a good job here but that is now out the window. Disappointed for sure. Had to hire another co. to finish the job - which I should've used them in the first place.

I called them at least a dozen times to come out and fix the problem. For four months they never came up with a viable solution. Finally, they agreed to fix their error and wanted me to pay for their screwup. I called Limone out of desperation. The estimator came out the same day. He assessed the issue and told me he could fix it. Their team was here within a week. They were able to reroute the entire zone and locate all the water valves that would be covered up for years. They did all this at a lower cost than my current irrigation service. The new water system is phenomenal. The office staff is very courteous, and their field team are incredible workers. I would highly recommend that you give this company an opportunity. You won't be disappointed.

It was delivered right when it was supposed to be delivered, by a nice guy who made sure everything was satisfactory. The mulch is undyed, but you can't tell at all -- it's a rich, dark brown color. Check their website for discounts (I scored $40 off). You can't place an order on their website, though. You need to call them to set everything up. Now, I have a mountain of brown stuff in my driveway, and the clock is ticking to spread it! Looks like today is arms day!
