Was connected with this company through usjunkcars.com. The first scheduled wrecker appointment was not kept; they alleged their wrecker, "lost its brakes" when they went to pick up my vehicle. No one mentioned to call me while I was waiting twenty minutes for the wrecker to show up at an early morning hour. After getting a hold of Copart once again the day of their first missed appointment, I was told the next day at the same time someone would should up to take my vehicle. I reluctantly agreed and as history being an indicator - the wrecker did not show up again at the time the dispatcher told me it would. They finally arranged for a pick up later that day. I was led to believe that I would be receiving a printed company check - not the case at all. The wrecker operator scribbled a nearly ineligible check while sitting in the wrecker while also mis-spelling my name. read more
